Peninsula Site Development

Great company to work with! They will be getting all of my future business!

Very easy to work with. Showed up when they said and did a great job of clearing the trees and brush from my property. Other companies wouldn't even return my calls. If I need this type of service again, Peninsula Site Development will be the first company I call.

They were prompt in replying and coming to estimate the job They were professional and a good value for the money

Friendly workers and fast.

Company apparently did not comply with County requirements of destruction permit as agreed and promised. Phone calls not yet returned. Sale of property is now in jeopardy.

Everything was fine in working with them until the work began. We started with a contract for a demolition and removal of a large house and foundation and I paid 50% as a down payment, per the agreement. A few days into the job, they called and said that they would not continue the work until I paid another 45% (to almost the full contract price). This was a very large amount to cover a very big project, but I agreed to get the work to continue. Once I made that second payment on good faith two weeks ago, they cashed in the money and haven't answered any of my phone calls, texts, or email messages in the past two weeks. They abandoned the property with the house in rubble, not even completing half of the work but running off with 95% of the contract paid off. I called the City of Tacoma this afternoon about this and they mentioned the same kind of issue was reported recently with them as well.

Cory and Jen were great to work with. They were very responsive and able to remove a dangerous tree within a few days of coming out to give a bid. The crew was very efficient and did a great job of cleaning up a large tree. I will definitely call on them in the future!

Arrived in a hurry with no fuel and no tools, left in a hurry leaving much mess.

they were very easy to work with.

Will hire again. Very pleased with the quality of service.

I was very pleased with the quality of service I received and the pricing was very reasonable. I definitely will call them the next time I need work done.

They came out in morning gave me a bid with options. Came back that afternoon and did the job. On time and for price bid. Did good job, exactly as outlined in bid.

An excellent was done. I highly recommend.

No idea if their prices were amazing or horrific. But they were willing to work with us to get the price to a manageable level. I am out of town and have not seen the yard since they were there so cannot comment on that.

Very reliable. Jenna and Cory were good to work with. There were a few problems with equipment but it all got worked out. I do recommend their business. Very good job.

This project was a collaboration between me and my neighbors and all parties were pleased with the results.

Corey and Jenna were excellent to work with on this major project. Their crews were all very hard-working and cleaned up after their work was completed. When a problem would arise it was handled to my complete satisfaction. After the tree service was completed we used them to build retaining wall's on the grounds. I highly recommend their services. Excellent in customer satisfaction and service.

Jena and Cory were an awesome team...they definitely knew what they needed and had to do to remove our gunite inground pool...quite a job and they were professional all the way!!...I would recommend their services to anyone needing their skills...one week to complete the entire job...amazing!!

They are reliable and responsible

They were quick and easy to work with. Their price was the best I could find.

Why can't you rate customer service 10?! These folks are knowledgeable, friendly, and above all they did a fabulous job! My home is just off a steep hill and I wasn't sure the severity of the slope could be remedied, but Jenna and Corey came in and re-sloped my hillside. To top it off they even set up the trampoline we got last year but had nowhere to put, free of additional charge! As for myself, I'm happy to report I'm content with being able to sun bathe in a sturdy lawn chair where all 4 feet touch the ground.

Very organized and personable. Was able to act as general contractor as well as sight work. They did the dirt work (removing sod, leveling the surface, raking rocks, and adding topsoil) themselves and subbed out the curbing and hydro-seeding. I would hire them again and would recommend them to others.

They did a great job on our landscaping, and they were very prompt and helpful. We would hire them again and would recommend them to others.
