Brian has delivered on his promise: the whole landscape looks well-designed and beautifully done, with excellent quality - (the driveway, front door walkway, and multiple stone-edged flower beds around the house), and the price is very reasonable/ quite competitive. Excellent quality of workmanship. Easy to reach and get in touch with Brian: he often picked up the calls right away or always called back within a short time. Brian and team were always on time, hardworking, polite, and always thoroughly cleaned up the site after the job was done. Also, Brian has a great skill of working with the customers to make them happy, it is to be commended! He showed a great deal of respect, patience, and flexibility,- accommodating my many wishes/changes of mind, etc. I’ve been changing the designs of the flower beds a couple times, and Brian and his team have readily accommodated them without any complaints. This company was very professional, thorough and accommodating to my needs and the aesthetic look of my property. They removed a damaged concrete wall in a creek. The job was done beautifully and the owner and his workers did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company for concrete retaining walls. Their pricing was very reasonable.

Stamped concrete patio came out really nice. Brian is such a nice guy. He listened to what design we want and got the job done on our own timelines.

Sidewalk had buckled and we needed repairs done quickly. Penn Valley responded immediately with a very good bid. After meeting with another contractor we went with Penn Valley. They repaired not only the damaged sections of sidewalk, but also replaced two additional sections as they found roots under them. Overall their price, quality of work and customer service was exceptional. Strongly recommend
