Penney Brothers Construction

We had 2 exterior doors replaced and our chimney repaired. They did a great job installing and painting and left everything neat and clean.

They do great work with very competitive pricing!

I just had an incredible experience using Penny Bros Construction for repairs made to the outside fireplace/chimney box that had been damaged from rodents as well as wear on the 37 year old structure. Steve and Kevin are very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. It turned out beautiful! They went over and beyond what I had hoped for. The crew was also very professional, hardworking, courteous and respectful. I highly recommend this company as they provide services in many different areas. You won’t be disappointed. In fact, I plan on using their services again in the future. Kathy S.

Mr. Penney, Steve and everyone at the penny brothers are all really pleasant people to work with. Mr. Penney likes to say they are the best in the business and after seeing their work, I would say that's not just empty glaze. While they are competitively priced, negotiations aren't completely off the table. They were also amicably flexible in helping me do one or two additional things off the books. These are people that are just set out to do their honest best work and I would definitely recommend.

I called Penney Brothers for a price on replacing the decking on my deck. Kevin returned my call within 30 minutes....on a Sunday! We scheduled him to come take a look on the following day. He told what i already knew which was i needed a whole deck rebuild. It was original to the house (1991). His price was very reasonable and was able to get it competed quickly. Started work on Thursday and the work was completed on the following Tuesday. Mario and his crew worked diligently on it from morning to evening only stopping for a quick lunch and no more daylight. The deck looks awesome and is solid as a rock. Where I used to feel i would fall thru, now I am more than confident in mine and others safety. I even got a compliment from my neighbor 2 days after done about how great it looks. Thanks Penney Bros., I'm sure we'll have years of enjoyment.

Penney Brothers Construction did an amazing job for us. I called needing help digging fence post holes because the ground was way too hard for me to do on my own. They came out the very next day and had everything finished the following day. Kevin was extremely nice, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it, even though digging fence post holes isn’t something they typically do. They went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them for any project. Thank you Kevin and team!

This is the second time we have used Penney Brothers Construction and we are just as happy as the first time. The work was well done and done quickly, and they were very responsive to our needs. We got quotes both times and each time Penney Brothers offered a competitive price. We would not hesitate to use them again.

They are professionals and as handyman they can handle different construction or remodelling projects.

They are honest and they are time conscious.

Excellent work

Kevin and his Team did an awesome job for us. We needed to have a couple of boards replaced on our chimney chase due to animal caused damaged. While working on that, they found some additional damage that we couldn't see from the ground. We had them fix that area too. They did a thorough job for us at a great price. We will definitely be contacting them again with any future siding/painting projects!

It went well. Kevin communicated well about the work to be conducted.

Kevin was very responsive and completed the job smoothly

100% satisfied.

Kevin and Henry arrived at my property on time and they were both very courteous and customer service focused. Kevin went about the work in a conscientious and focused way that resulted in an excellent job which I am very very satisfied with. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire them for another job.

He did the work. I wish he would have covered areas better that he was working on because when he left it looked like a construction zone and a mess was left. He could have listened better to what we were asking for and did the work his way which was wiping and then dusted vs dusting then wiping which smudged the walls and dirtied the floors.

My. Kenny is a decent guy to work with. His workers were very professional. They did the job fast. There was small time delay, but it still was fast enough. All in all, it was a great service. I would recommend penny brothers.

Kevin was fast and courteous. He even came back on short notice because I decided to have him paint the room where I had him remove a window. Stellar work and fast!

Good

First to respond. Provided next day service for 3 projects! Stood behind their workmanship. That goes a long way!!

I'm so happy with the fence that they made for me to replace the one that was old and falling down. Mr. Kevin's estimate to complete the job was so reasonable I told him yes right away. He went to get parts that night and came back the following morning and completed everything in nothing flat! Fantastic work guys! I think this fence gate will last another 15 years.

They were quick to respond and to get started and complete the work. We were very pleased and would hire this company again for our next project.

Honest, and fast service for us.

Kevin was very responsive and came out to quote 2 locations the same day. Work was completed as scheduled and on time. They did a great job!
