This company called me within minutes of submitting my request for a quote. The owner, Les called me to schedule an appt before I hung up from talking to his office person. He sent out 2 reps the next morning who assessed the problem and parts in their truck. The price was less than the estimated quote. Fixed on the spot. Professional, friendly too!
