Mr. Pennington was extremely nice and professional. He was quick and responsive when i reached out. I had an emergency back up, neither of my two toilets were flushing and i have children. He was very prompt and resolved the issue with absolutely no problems. Not to mention he was very affordable compared to companies i have used previously! He came out quickly and he thought he fixed the issue. He leaves and it backs up again. I call him asking him to come back and fit it. His response was he would. However, he never returned. $185 down the drain. Wish my water would go down the drain.
