I have a high end range and the 5 burners stopped igniting. I needed a preignition module to be replaced. I went through home advisor and got 4 pros. I went to 3 of them for a quote for labor and the part. Penny was the lowest cost because they re honest! The other bidders doubled or tripled the cost of the part, from $100 to $280. Edward was professional, honest and did quality work! The labor price was very reasonable. I gave him a bonus on the labor.

I used Penny Appliance Service to repair my GE freezer/refrigerator and my Kenmore washer. Edward was professional and was readily available to come to my house and diagnose the issues. Also, he was transparent as far as letting me know how much the parts would cost and what he would charge for labor. Thanks Edward!

Edward did a great job!! He fixed my washed even though the parts were discontinued. On time, courteous, and professional. I would definitely use him again!!! He kept me from having to buy a new washing machine!!
