The initial cleaning was atrocious. They didn't even clean the bathtub. I asked them to come back and redo the job. It was still inadequate. The countertops weren't wiped down and the vacuuming was pitiful. They charged me $110 dollars for a cleaning that could be kindly described as unsatisfactory. I was told that they would send me back $55 of what I had paid them, but I still haven't gotten my money yet.
