I would highly recommend Peopleâ s Choice Inspections LLC. The service was great. Chris took his time in explaining what type of inspection was needed, when the test results were available, (three Days), Chris called me at 6;30 P.M. to explain each detail of the report.

I used People's choice Inspections,LLC for my new construction home, pre-drywall and final inspection. Chris Huffman was my inspector. I was very pleased with his service. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time purchasing a home but Chris made sure he explained every part of his inspection process and he performed it all while giving me additional beneficial tips to help me during my process. I would recommend this company for both inspections although they offer many other services, I'm sure those have the same quality. I will definitely use them again with other purchases.

Chris and Matt came to my home to do mold testing they were not only very professional but Also kind and compassionate in compassionate and listening to some of my challenges with mold in my home And offering Helpful and reasonable professional opinions for protecting myself from mold exposure With consideration to the fact that I am allergic to all kinds of mold and mildew. I am ecstatic over the courtesy, professional knowledge, thoroughness, and actual help that Chris Huffman gave to me!! I have a mold problem and with his amazing equipment he found the exact problem areas! I will get detailed reports in 5 days on the samples he took. I was so depressed, but now am optimistic that this problem is solvable. I have contacted a home improvement person to check out the areas that Chris pointed out to me.. I do and willâ ¦. We hired Peopleâ s Choice Home Inspections to inspect our home. Chris was very knowledgeable and thorough as he navigated through the house and found a number of issues but also pointed out a number of positive findings. Chris not only did an outstanding job on inspecting the house but also provided additional tips on maintaining the various systems throughout the home. I would highly recommend hiring this company.
