We was called by People Products sales Rep Sha.., scheduled appt. At what he present. We purchased over $22,000 of widows; paid off half. Our only request from them (People Product) was that we are purchasing 3 different window. Windows will arrived after there job, can company come back and put same casing around these windows. Sales Shar.. stated yes. Now it time it not cost efficient for them. So, they words not mean a thing, now sorry!! I thought I could have trust them. I know better know. Their word had no value!!! 5/16/24: This my yearly review on condition of my windows and installation. windows are producing sweating producing mole, and other condition stated buy sales presentative would never happen. windows are of poor quality at high price. what they are showing customers and what you are receiving are two different products. buyers be aware of their lie!! bad workmanship. only 2 to 3 years in.

Breached our contract, messed up order, did not get reimbursed for slider not delivered.

"Ms. Casey ordered a custom door. When it was delivered she did not accept it. She said it was the wrong door. She watched us measure it before it was ordered. She knew what we were measuring. We did not argue, we simply took it off her final payment and sent her back the difference. She accused us of not sending the payment, but I have it postmarked, and returned to us unopened and it is very clear it was sent on time. I sincerely wish Ms. Casey the best, but she is upset that we would not discount a future order for her inconvenience. If she feels the way she says she feels about us, why does she want us to work on her house at all? We will pass."

Installation was great! The two member crew was respectful of our property and they put drop cloths down and vacuumed after each window. They were very focused and you could tell the head installer had been doing his job for years. They built the slider on the deck , took the parts out of the box and it was done in no time. I was impressed with the assistant quickly and accurately doing the caulking. All in all it was a very professional looking job and our windows look beautiful! So glad we picked People’s!

Way overpriced ! Salesman made a bunch a promises never followed through on any . Still haven?t come back for yearly check up of windows been almost two year

I had old, drafty wooden windows that needed to be replaced. We called Peoples Products, and they got the job done professionally in a few days. The salesman did a great job explaining the product and the company has great customer service. We are very happy with the windows.

We live close to I-95. We used to hear the cars and trucks on the highway. Our new windows block about 90% of the sound, now. The workmanship is perfect, the windows are beautiful. We had the entire house done and there is not one single flaw in the installation. You can't do better.

The entire company from the salesman to the installers your excellent. If I had a question no matter how small someone always gave me a call back within 15 minutes. There was NO pushy sales talk. I would recommend this company to everyone and in fact invite them out to see my windows. They are beautiful. Just a P.S.to let you know the installation crew cleaned my house better than it was before they got there.

It is too soon for me to decide if I would reccomend this product or not. I will have to wait and see how it works. The same is true of the value for money....too soon to tell. Customer service is half and half. The first crew was unsatisfactory but then the district manager came the following week and finished the job to my satisfaction.

I can't go on enough about how fabulous these windows are. I would recommend this product to everyone who needs new windows and to those that are disappointed in their current replacement windows. They product was more expensive that what you can get else where but it is definately worth the extra cost. The product is amashing and the installers were efficient and clean. Well worth it 100%
