Our tech, William, was very thorough in analyzing the problem with our electric range oven, returned the next morning with the part and installed it. He gave us several valuable pieces of information regarding the proper operation of our oven which we were not aware of. William notified us when he would arrive, was quick in servicing and very polite. We recommend this appliance service company to anyone. We are extremely pleased with the service and with William.

Came back multiple times to get the refrigerator repair right. After initially fixing the seal and replacing a hose, a fan was inadvertently switched off that left the fridge cooling very low. They came back and diagnosed and repaired very quickly. These guys know their business and are very customer oriented. I'll go to them every time.

Simply outstanding . came on time, in fact early. Very polite crew, clean, efficient and fast. Local company, been in business since 1989. Would highly recommend C&S . They will be my go to group when I need help again.

We had a problem with our dryer and called them. They responded quick and made the service call and we were able to use the dryer while the parts were ordered. Parts arrived in a couple of days they scheduled the repair and everything was fixed quick. Total time was less than 5 days and tht included a weekend. Great service and staff were great also. Would highly recommend them for anyone who has an issue.
