The work is great. They helped ready our home for sale and were focused on the detail to make it look great. They are incredibly busy, and change orders can slow them down. A four day job turned into two weeks because we realized we had additions to our original list - which Peralta could do, but had to re-jigger the timeline and crews. Have your plan on ceilings, walls, dry wall repair, caulking, sealing etc thought out to make it easier to plan, scope and cost out. The end result was absolutely amazing. They also know a fair number of contractors to help out with other projects.

This is the second time I hired Peralta Painting. Marvin (owner) will take on tasks other than painting. I needed specialized carpentry work both times. He came up with a plan and his employees carried it out. I also bought carpet through Peralta Painting and had it installed. I have been satisfied with the work. I will Rx to friends.

Sometimes I tend to accept that good enough is good enough. Marvin Peralta doesn't. He has an eye for detail, and if something didn't measure up to his exacting standards, then the job wasn't done. This meant that the job took a little longer than expected, but the results are stunning He was also very accommodating to special requests. If you want the job done right at a fair price, Peralta Painting is your solution.

Marvin was excellent to work with. He did a great job with my cabinets and was at a reasonable price. He came extra almost a whole day. I am going to have him do more work with granite. I highly recommend him.

I am very pleased with the resurfacing they did in the bathrooms and hall. Very good price. I am anxious to see the new drawers and the finished job. Right now they are painting a small bathroom. I was consulted with every step. I highly recommend Marvin and his brother Eddyn.

Marvin and his worker did an outstanding painting job. They were extremely careful about protecting the floors and furniture. It was a pleasure doing business with them. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. Went out of their way to see that we were satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again when future painting is required.

Peralta Painting did significant painting in my home (including cleaning smoke damage). Upon their recommendation, I also hired Enrique Becerra who provided new maple kitchen cabinet doors, drawer facing and cabinet facing that Peralta Painting stained and varnished. I am very happy with the outcome -- Peralta e tal were responsive to my requests and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the results. My kitchen is beautiful and the 1950s tile and backsplash were preserved throughout the process!

Wonderful to work with...clean, competent, fair pricing. They stripped wallpaper, took off popcorn on the ceiling, retextured all the walls and ceiling, painted baseboards and walls--all on time and as stated in the contract. I will use them for all my painting needs.

Marvin made an excellent impression when he first visited our home. This was a difficult job: stripping cherry cabinets in a large kitchen and then sealing/refinishing them. Marvin's crew worked as a synchronized team in prepping the area and working neatly. They took the drawers and doors to their workshop , brought them back and did the rest of the cabinets then replacing everything and leaving a neat job. Marvin came back later and completed 'edge work' - Marvin is a very considerate person and a fine professional.

Wonderful experience! Marvin & his team did a great job on my house! Their estimate was by far the lowest. They have a broader knowledge & experience base than just painting & therefore when there was an aggravating problem w/ a fascia board, they had no problem fixing it beautifully. When there was something that I wasn't completely satisfied, I brought it to their attention & there were no problems w/ them fulfilling my request. Very friendly guys & hard workers. I also liked that once the project was started, they showed up every day (except Sun) until it was done. Will definitely use them again.
