Peraza Painting

Teo was great! I already have recommended him to a family friend. He did a great job with my house. A perfectionist, which is a good thing.

Hard worker, very nice polite young man. Excellent price and job well done!

Hired them to paint an entire, vacant apartment (half duplex). Seems none of the surfaces were properly prepared. Just painted over everything without sanding or in any other way prepare the surfaces so that the paint actually would stick on things like window sills or molding. They removed some window hardware (for no apparent reason) and it took me 3 months chasing them to get it back. They left me with a Bagster worth of trash bags with all their work discards like painters drop cloth and McDonalds bags. Cost me $200 to remove because they wont respond after being paid. Last but not least they had to remove a bathroom sink to fix some dry wall behind it but removed some of the behind the wall mounting hardware, couldnt find the holes and just left the sink without securing it to the wall or telling me. Just a flooded bathroom waiting to happen. These people dont take any pride in their craft. Avoid.

Very good customer service.

On time and finished the job

Good experience.

I needed a quick turn around. Teo was able to fit me in before his next project. He did a great job!

We had a tight time window in front of us as we needed to get 2 floors in our home painted before having a large party at the house. Teo came out right away to have a look at the job and shifted his other projects to accommodate our timeline. His crew did quality work and they were considerate and respectful of our home. We had a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Peraza as a great contractor to work with. Thanks again Teo and team!

Teo and his team were great- very professional, very thorough, and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Teo and his team to all my family and friends.

Very positive experience. Teo and his crew are very professional and dependable. Prompt reply, consultation, and execution of the work. Great communication throughout. Very nice job with the interior paint and attention to detail (baseboards, stair faces, etc.). Definitely recommend.

Very professional, dependable, reasonably priced! Very happy with their service!
