Perennial Landscaping is doing a terrific job with my wet basement and returning my yard/garden to even better than it originally was. They are in the middle of the project as I write, but I am certain that they are doing an impressive job. Mike Winslow, the co-owner of Perennial Landscaping, is a fantastic representative of his company as well as an honest, and straight forward business that fulfills it contracts and actually goes beyond the specified duties. He directs his crew with clear directions, is very conscious of keeping me updated with his progress of his work, and is very informative as to the hows and whys. I find Mike and his crew to be very hard workers despite some difficult working conditions. They are friendly, reliable, contentious workers and they too are a great asset to the company. Although the project is yet completed, I look forward to writing another review after all finished and anticipate to use even more positive adverbs and adjectives! I have had many negative encounters from the business communities with poor quality or inappropriate methods. Some occasions even worse, like misrepresentations or overpricing or not fulfilling their obligations! Working with Mike and his crew has been a great positive, happy experience. Anyone needing his services is in excellent hands! I am delighted to be able to share my experiences with Perennial Landscaping and have only great satisfaction. The team was hard working with very little down time.

Perennial Landscaping did an outstanding job on my landscaping/waterproofing project. From start to finish, they were on-time, skilled, polite, and very flexible as my project evolved. Since the conclusion of my project, I have not seen a drop of water in my basement! Great job guys - thanks a bunch.
