Terrific service. Owner came himself and evaluated a problem with our dryer. Rather than push a pricey repair, he suggested we check the prices for a new dryer. We did and replaced our dryer. The Mr. Perez only charged a minimum service call fee for the evaluation which took him time to dismantle the back panel and electrical components. He is honest, thorough and a pleasure to do business with.
