Mr Perez was very detailed and showed a sincere interest in his job here. Nice to talk to and share a few laughs. Windows installed perfectly and painting and trim work very good. Coming back to do a kitchen countertop install. Many neighbors complimenting and wanting his name. A person who does what is to be done and correctly. Great recommendation.

I have a great deal of experience dealing with people in my everyday life and my occupation. I found Mr. Perez to be conscientious, forthright, professional yet down to earth and highly skilled. I am so pleased in what has transpired on this project, that I have asked him to work on a second property. He has agreed to do so.
