The company responded quickly to my request for snow removal of my driveway and yard which had to be done with a snowblower and shovels.

I got this person from HomeAdvisor. After he finished the job of paving the driveway and got his money, he said he will email me the receipt. He never emailed a receipt, never answered any texts or phone calls, and the driveway needed to be paved again. Nine thousand dollars down the drain. This person is not legitimate, and I am really not sure as to why he is on HomeAdvisor. This is a lie.

Removed old asphalt driveway and installed new earth, gravel, asphalt for a new driveway. They were timely and personable and professional. Recommend.

Exceptional work ethics. They came at 6:30AM, striped off old concrete and asphalt, brought three trucks of gravel, leveled and compacted it to 6â thickness, put 4â of asphalt on top in very hot weather. Job was completed by 3PM with immaculate quality. And all at a very reasonable price. I will not hesitate hiring this company for any future needs.

Perez Landscape and Contracting are nothing but thieves who steal from the elderly! I hired them to replace my driveway, The job was not done anywhere near what the quote said that they were going to do. They were supposed to remove the existing asphalt and substrate, they removed the existing asphalt. They were supposed to lay 6 inches of stone, they did not lay any stone. They were supposed to lay 4 inches of new asphalt, the new asphalt is about 3 inches deep at best. It has been 2-1/2 weeks now since they did the job, and I still cannot park in my driveway without the tires sinking into the asphalt. They were supposed to come back on Saturday to do the repairs, but Raphael sent his crew on Friday night to do the repair. When I confronted them to ask what they were doing here and what their plans were, all 3 had a look on their faces as if they were doing something wrong. When I said that I was calling Rafael, they got into the truck and took off. I have been trying to reach out to Rafael with phone calls and numerous text. I have had no response as of today. I now have to look into getting a reliable contractor here to replace the driveway. I feel that Perez Landscaping and Contractor is not a contractor, he is a criminal that takes homeowners money and takes off without completing the project.

Rafael was friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He gave me a good estimate and did an excellent job. I have him coming back to do additional work. The crew were a bunch of work horses. From the time they arrived until then left they were hard workers , cleaned up before they left and reviewed job with me. Several neighbors commented on how great the work was

Although he did not answer my emails, Perez delivered on time and did an excellent job laying asphalt on our front lawn to make a driveway. We are very pleased we hired him. My neighbors were so impressed that they instantly hired him to do additional work on their driveway.

The project was bid quickly and the job finished on time, despite the weather, and within budget. Our lawn looks great and we're happy with the sprinkler system. There were a few small details left undone but we made several changes to the original plan so I'm not surprised and they are things we can take care of.
