Perez Landscaping

Very disappointing! I paid Perez Landscapint $2,500 and all we received follows: 1) mulch for 5 beds 2) 3 terrible, skinny rose bushes I asked to be removed 3) worst little white flowers planted one at a time in our front flower beds-look terrible! 4) Perez Landscaping returned to plant some plants I purchased. 5) Perez Landscaping promised to plan bunches of red flowers 8 days ago, but we have not heard from them or see them. We obviously did not get anywhere near plants or service we thought we were getting for $2,500. We deeply regret paying up front $2,500 that was based on trust with Home Advisor recommendations. We wll never pay this large amount of money upfront ever again. We have been seriously frauded!

Leo was timely and personable. He made a very fair quote, and was true to his timeline. The finished project looked great!

I paid thousands of dollars for my yard to be graded and it was not done correctly and now Leo will not return my phone calls to come back and fix it. I have been screwed over so I would not hire this company because they will take the money and run.

I would have rated overall 5 of 5 instead of 4.5 of 5 if Leo had not had problems with his sources for getting the sod. First time we scheduled, the supplier's truck broke down. Leo was so concerned that we would be upset that he made the supplier call us to explain :-). That tells you that customer service is at the top of his priorities. Second supplier delivered later than scheduled and Leo and his crew really worked hard to still finish up that day. Grass looks great.

Leo is very fast and very reasonably priced! He was patient with our HOA that delayed the project and also with my last minute requests which he completed without complaints!

Leo is great to work with. He actually listens to what you have to say concerning your project and will offer ideas he may have. He will not give you the runaround or try and sell you on something else. His prices are extremely fair, letting you know the price of the sod. His crew has lots of experience, they work quickly and treat you with respect. Leo also has other trades that he offers, to which I will be hiring him again to do some future concrete work. As a customer be aware that Leo is also at the mercy of the companies that provide sod (weather dependent) but he will inform you if work will be delayed. Highly recommend Perez Landscaping.

They do very quality work and their bids are competitive and quality of work is excellent. I am using them again for other projects. They have many different trades which is nice to work with one contractor! Thank Leo and crew!!!

Mr. Perez worked hard to fit us in on a big cleanup job, met my expectations on price and exceeded them on quality of service!

Perez responded quickly to my request, provided me a fair quote for the amount of work required and performed the work efficiently and to a high standard. I will likely use them again for future projects.
