Great job! Protected property and a swing set that a different contractor told me they could not save with tree removal. And they left us the logs for firewood, at request. Great price!

Roberto came out in the rain to checkout the tree that I needed chopped down. He quoted me a price and said that he and his team could do the job in 2 days when the rain was expected to be clear. They showed up at 9 a.m. sharp on the very day and worked quickly and efficiently to get the tree cut down in the safest possible way as to not ruin my fence even more than the damaged tree had already done. I would recommend his services to anyone I know.

I was quoted the price of $750 to remove a tree. I made myself perfectly clear I wanted the tree removed, the stump, roots and no evidence that a tree was there. Well, that was not what I received. The first crew came and cut the tree down. I was advised someone would come to remove the stump and roots today or tomorrow and he requested payment at the time. I?m sorry I will not pay for a job that?s not complete. The guy came to grind the tree within a hour, left roots in the ground, left roots on the ground AND cut the Wi-Fi line. I called AT&T and Perez Lawn & Tree which I was advise just call about the line they should fix it for free. No apology or anything. After the person left I meet Ernesto the owner at Home Depot to pay for the service and he advised my total was $900. No Sir, you quoted me $750. After going back and forward for a few minutes he finally said since it?s a small job I will charge you $750+ 5% for using a card. My total was $795 which is more than 5%. This entire experience was awful and I would never use or recommend this business to anyone.

They got to my home on time. Everything was all cleaned up. They did an awesome job.

He hung the phone on me twice, He left the job to give my neighbor a quote. A good price but I had to pay to clean my driveway behind them, One small tree he missed and he promised to cut it down and then come back to trim the trees for my neighbor, He came on May 25th for the referral from my house but he did not stop and finish the job I paid him for.

Mr. Perez and his crew dropped a tree through my roof. It has been over a month and I still have a hole in my roof and his insurance company is playing games.
