Perez Painting and Renovations, LLC

We are so pleased with the exterior painting of our house that Perez’ Painting company has done for us. Irbin and his crew were wonderful - on time, hard-working and meticulous. They repaired and calked where necessary and were careful of our landscaping. Irbin, the owner, was responsive and knowledgeable. He gave us the best price compared to competitors in the area. Upon completion of the work, they cleaned up all the areas. Even my next door loved his work, she ended up using him for her entire house. I would highly recommend them.

Irbin was a great communicator, super friendly and we enjoyed working with him from the point I was gathering proposals to the last day of our project. The detail Irbin and his team put into painting the interior and garage of our house was incredible. They put a lot of care into their work to make sure things are done the right way. I gathered several quotes and felt they also had fair pricing. My family is using them for projects and I will be recommending them to anyone else looking for painting services.

Easy to work with; professional; cleanliness; and high customer satisfaction.

I Highly recommend Irbin and his Team. What a pleasure it was to work with them. They painted the interior of our home and kitchen cabinets and also installed some fans/lights for us. Irbin and his team were always on time . Always available to answer all your questions and give you advice/suggestions. They work with picky people like myself with such Grace and patience. Irbin and his team will work with you until you are completely satisfied . Once they are done with the work, they clean up after themselves and during the final walkthrough, if you need anything else to get touched up or worked on Irbin will do it for you . My home looks completely different now thanks to their amazing job . With all the time they spent at our house we felt that the rate he gave us was worth it and it included the paint . He also gave us amazing contacts to do other jobs within our home (Irbin is very resourceful). Work with Irbin and his team and you will not regret it .

Excellent with all the agreed upon arrangements we will be hiring this professional again and high recommend

Friendly, polite and efficient! Will use Irbin and his team again in the future :) thanks

This is the third area of our home Irbin has painted and each time is a wonderful experience. He is a great communicator and works with whatever you need for the project. He responds promptly, shows up on time, and completes the job quickly with quality workmanship. Highly recommend and will be using for all our painting needs in the future.

Irbin came out for an estimate. He arrived on time and was very professional. He arrived on time for the paint job. The results were great. Would definitely recommend him and will hire him for another project!

Irbin Perez did a great job in painting. He is very prompt and professional. I would recommend Perez Painting for all your painting job.

They did a great job with my fence. Arrived the day and time they said they would and quickly went to work. Very reasonably priced. A pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

They did an amazing job painting the kitchen cabinets white for my mother’s house. Great prep and clean up for a messy job.

Punctual, great service, very professional. Would recommend and use again!

The project was done quickly and professionally The wife and are extremely happy with his work

These guys were awesome, on time, and very friendly! They did an excellent job.

The crew arrived on time as promised. The job was fairly priced and they did not up-charge from the original quote. Mr. Perez and crew came prepared for the job with the right equipment and obvious expertise. The finished product was clean and looked very professional. I will definitely use them again for future projects!

Great guys! They lived up to every great review. Mr. Perez was very patient with all my decisions and did great work. The guys are very trustworthy and very clean. When they left there was no sign of anything being painted. Great clean up. Glad I found them.

We hired Mr. Perez and his crew to do major drywall repairs after our house flooded due to a plumbing problem. We needed major drywall repairs to our ceilings and some walls including replacing crown molding and painting. Mr. Perez and his crew did an excellent job overall. He was very professional when submitting quotes and scheduling his work. He was very patient with me as I needed him to fine tune his quote to be as detailed as possible. He showed up to work on time as planned consistently. He listened to all my concerns and requests along the way and met all my requirements. I should mention that I am a very detailed oriented and demanding and he met my expectations. The work included new sheetrock installation and patches, painting, replacing insulation, replacing crown molding and door casing around where the new sheetrock was placed. The painting was done to my standards after I explained what they were (cutting corners perfectly, no brush marks, etc.). I had them repaint a few areas that I wasn't completely happy with and they re-touched them until I was satisfied without any complains. He is very pleasant, respectful and easy to work with. They also stained our deck and it turned out beautiful.

They were always on time and responsive and left my house nice and clean at the end of each day.

I highly recommend Perez Painting and Renovations,LLC. They were very professional, prompt and accountable. They completed the work in three days. I will be hiring this company in the nearest future for additional projects that need to be completed. Thanks, Perez Renovations,LLC !

Very prompt / dependable, professional, neat, thorough; they did wonderful work on our old ranch. The lead man, Iban, is just a joy to work with. Very good advice on doing a few things differently than we had planned, and they cleaned up well after the job. We love the results and I've never hired better painters. You won't be sorry you hired them, and on top of great work the prices are very reasonable. The company is stable, not a single fly-by-night man like we have had bad experiences with before. Seems to be a multi-generation family business and they are truly pros.

Great experience, all the way! I sent out many emails, requesting a quote for our project and Perez Painting and Renovations was the first to respond. Overall, I have to say that Irbin and his team did a fantastic job, they were prompt, affordable, patient, and did and a great job. We have more projects in the pipeline and will definitely use Irbin and his team again.

Fast, dependable, responsible, neat. Went on vacation and came back to a beautiful new kitchen. Finished kitchen walls and cabinets.

Irbin and crew are very professional and highly ethical. They performed the paint job (it was on a fence) exactly as they said they would do, and in addition, cleaned my gutters and power washed a deck and driveway. They even repaired one of the gutters at no extra charge (an issue I did not know I had). He completed the job ahead of schedule.

Irbin did a super job. I was contacted almost immediately after posting my request. He came the same day and began work the next. He painted the entire inside of the house and part of the exterior as well. His pricing was reasonable and his reviews were great. I already have an estimate from him for another home and have given his information to a neighbor.
