Excellent company. Quality stucco work! Reasonably priced!

They did an excellent job, we had entire outside of house and a large wall repaired and restuccoed. They were very professional, had a large crew of guys, cleaned up every day, the results are beautiful and were able to work around a large amount of bushes and trees without damaging the plants.

They were on time and finished at the estimated time. We have got lots of great comments on their work.

We had old stucco and lots of problems. Mr. Perez came out himself, worked with us on each specific problem we had with our old stucco, told us how he would prevent them with his work and exceed our expectations with his/his team's work. A structural problem with the house caused a window leak. Mr. Perez sent his team to correct it and did it as part of the warranty. Perez gave us the longest warranty and the best price by far over several other bids. We cannot say enough great things about his work and his customer service!

This stucco company is THE BEST, hands down. It was very difficult to find a company that would do the work in Los Alamos, NM. Other companies no-showed or doubled the price to go to Los Alamos, NM. Daniel Perez and his sister Cecelia answered the call immediately, texted me, gave me phone calls and emails, and even met me to get me sample colors. Daniel worked us into his busy summer schedule and completed the work on time. The stucco job was absolutely fabulous and turned out beautifully, at a very reasonable price that would be hard to beat by any stucco company in the surrounding area. The crew prepped the area meticulously, and then did a beautiful color coat of synthetic stucco over an original stucco job over a period of 2 days. This is a family run business, so the follow-up and quality of work is outstanding. The family takes care in hiring the best crews, who carefully masked off windows and doors, sidewalks, and did an incredible job of cleaning up and putting the rain gutters back together. I wholeheartedly recommend this stucco company to anyone living in Albuquerque or the surrounding area, and especially those living in Los Alamos, NM, as it is difficult to find this level of quality willing to work in Los Alamos. I cannot thank them enough for a job superbly done! It is difficult to find quality people in the construction industry, but this family is special, providing exceptionally high quality, reliability, and service at a level that is difficult to find today. Work was well done. The price was fair especially bring the windows up to code.

The Perez family provided exceptional service all the way through a very large project. The work was thorough, each step completed carefully and the cleanup was continuous. Olivia , Cecilia and Daniel kept me informed of the plan as we worked around some weather conditions. My experience was 100 percent positive and now I have a beautifully stuuccoed home that is warranted for the next decade. I highly recommend this family company .

Great workers, excellent job. They take pride in their work. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I had a very small stucco job and paid for it. Closing up a small cut (6" X 11" X 30") through my parapet wall. I could not find a reputable company to do the job and finally this company was willing. But $1,200 was quite a bit high. They did a good job, but it was so thick, it reduced the opening by nearly an inch more than it should have. Also the outside wall had a slight bulge that had to be grinded down so that we could have a circular stairway attached to the wall below the opening.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and they were very accommodating. Very pleasant to work with.

The large crack in the stucco was cleanly repaired with materials to reduce new cracking.
