My hot water heater was not working due to me turning off the main gas line forgetting the effect on the water heater. My husband tried everything possible including the information on the tank. This was the day before christmas and one contact with service magic, I was immediately put in touch with Perez who came withing an hour of my request. Although, it was not a major job, he was personable, friendly and got the heater to be working in no time. Thank you.
