SP did a no show when they set up appointment; SP asked for pictures of what he wanted; Cons sent SP specific measurement; Contract $480; was suppose to start Friday; SP told cons that pricing didn't include paint, ($150); an hour late on Friday; SP said it was more work than he expected an d charged an extra $200; Cons agreed; 3hrs later SP said he didn't have right size stencil which is extra $175; cons said he was not going to pay that; SP said he would take care of it; Cons had to tell him that their was some fix ups; sent an invoice $917 and would be $40 extra to remove another mix-up of line that wasn't on original;
