The tech arrived late. The price they wanted to charge for a new home thermostat was outrageous--$465 plus $99.00 fee for the tevh to come out. I chose not to have them install the thermostat but paid the $99.00 service fee. Now I have received a bill saying I still owe the $99.00. The check has not cleared and it has been about 3 weeks. Whete is the chevk????

Joe was really great. He came out on short notice and took care of what needed to be done at a reasonable price. He did not replace a part unnecessarily as he could have done. I would definitely recommend him.

They actually came for an estimate, but were able to fix the problem - one breaker was tripped and didn't reset. They also fixed a water feed problem with my oil boiler, even though they do not work on oil fed systems.

I was very pleased with the service call I had with Jim. He couldn't have been nicer, and on a bad weather day was very respectful for the inside of my home. The review and servicing he did for my HVAC system was very thorough and informative. He even found some improvements and updates that can be done to help me. If you need HVAC work or service, Perfect Climate should be on your short list.

Excellent work. They ran a gas line along the along the outside of the house so I could install a gas stove/heater in my living room. No complaints at all.

Two toilets that did not flush. Initial estimate $175.00. Final bill $476.04, went I complained they reduced the bill by $75.00. This was a complete rip-off. The second toilet barely flushes. I just wanted this technician out of my home. Would not recommend ever.


They were very reasonably priced and the quality of their work was top notch. Joe and Frank were very kind and answered any question I had throughout the process. Their installers were also great.

This company came right away and found the problem and fixed the job right away. The only reason I gave a low rating is that he just showed up in my front door without an appointment and saying that his boss sent him. Since I was in a hurry to get it fixed and I saw a good rating from previous customers, I let him in and he did the job well. But would I hire him again - probably not. I'm not sure I can trust him.
