Great work by all at Perfect Comfort. Tim was a huge help in choosing system. Matt and Ed worked great together. Dave did great job! I highly recommend this company even if a problem happens they back their work which is hard to find that nowadays.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
This project could not have gone better. I saw water coming from my water heater so going thru Home Advisor they company was notified. They came out that same afternoon and replaced it the next morning and the work looks great. Very happy with the results, the repairman and the office staff.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
I wanted to wait a week or so before writing my review. PC was prompt and courteous! In replacing two old, leaking turn valves at my washing machine with 1/4 turn ball valves, the new cold valve was still leaking after installation. So the plumber had to turn it twice more. So far so good. Neither my cold or hot lines, running vertically to each valve are secure. Each are easy to move back and forth. I would have welcomed a fix to that issue too.

Had my ceiling collapse from my ac unit drip pan overflowing. In a panic I went through home advisor. Perfect Comfort was the only company that understood my panic & came over almost immediately. It turns out they had to come back a couple times & we ended up replacing the system. They worked with us and credited the several service calls towards the system & we haven’t had a problem since.

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
It was a pleasure to work with Susan at the office for scheduling and answering my questions. Also a pleasure to work with Greg who was the technician who not only did the dryer vent repair but he also came back and serviced our air conditioning units and our furnaces. All the folks that I dealt with were professional and kind. I'm very pleased with the work that Greg did and how he respected my home and myself.
