I hired them and they canceled on me as they had to much business. They did come once and did a good job.

Paul was helpful with design ideas, problem solved my needs. My front entry went from wet icy in winter to dry safe with his drainage ideas. He installed granite steps which created a platform and a safe entry for my disabled husband , improved the entry. Paul and workers are very professional respectful. I was happywith all the work. Paul offered options for materials and plantings to meet my budget. A retaining wall makes my yard appear larger, was done quickly and expertly. Paul used the remaining blocks on the other side yard to give balance and hold mulch surrounding bushes on hill. My yard looks great. 1 yr warrenty is a plus.

Snowplowing is on time and professionally done. My lawn has been torn up in previous years by plowers who do not really care about the grass I take so much time and money perfecting. Paul takes excellent care not to harm the grass or other landscaping. He is friendly and courteous as well. Very happy with this service...plus he is fairly priced which is important for me since I am currently retired on a fixed income.

Paul contacted me immediately, was a pleasure to talk to, and had his plow out to the house the very same day even with a huge snowstorm occurring. I plan to contract with Perfect Creations for the remainder of the season - I would recommend the company without hesitation.

Paul did a good job-he and his team were on time and felt they did the job as expected.

The only reason I rated him a good rather than a Very Good was that I had left a message on his answering m/c which was never returned. However, he did show up at the prearranged time and completed the project as planned. Overall, the experience was good.

Came when scheduled for initial yard cleanup. Overall decent results....Two criticisms though. Every last bit of mulch in our several large plant beds is gone. Perhaps I should have known this is unavoidable, but I wasn't warned, either. The owner (Paul B) asserted there was no mulch to start with. This flat out lie doesn't sit well with me....And there were pockets of leaves left behind. Not a real big deal, though for the money, I wasn't expecting to have to take an hour or 3 to clean up after the cleanup pros....I asked Paul if they'd return to get the missed leaves. He twice scheduled a return, and twice didn't show up. Not good.
