The third-party company concluded with reports and pictures damaged caused by Perfect Degrees; poor workmanship was a source of water damage. Met with the owner to hopefully come to some resolution. Owner dismissed any responsibility causing me to seek the advice from an attorney. Horrific service, even worse customer relations. This company is the perfect example of why homeowners cringe when they call a company they have not used in the past.

This company is very professional - called them after hurricane Irma, all other ac companies could not come out due to not one of there previous customers - they came out that day - very professional - not cost effect to repair current unit - we set up for new units - installed next day - worked around my work schedule great people to have work done by - Fred the owner / Sara the office and the great techs. Thank you for such wonderful customer service - you just don't find that anymore by some companies.

My ac was not working at all to cool. I first called the Co. that I had used before a couple of times. They came 4hours later only to tell me I had a freon leak that could not be repaired only replaced. I asked for a price and was told they would call me later from the office. I asked if there was any way the could put freon in so that I could stay in the house. I was told no, it would cost too much. I asked what the price for that would be and the office said they were not going to put it in. They left and said they would call with the price to replace the unit the next day. As soon as they left I found the number of perfect degrees. They got here in 15 min. Now what I haven't mentioned is that I am on oxygen 24 hours a day. This is the reason why I asked to have freon put in the system. It takes a lot to move all the stuff needed. The man that came gave me a price on the replacement for the next morning and then said he would put freon in the system for free so the house would cool down. If it started to get hot, no matter when, he would come and put more in. I did not have to beg, he could see me wearing the oxygen tube. The other company had been here before and they did not care and here was a stranger offering to do this for me. As it turned out this was the owner. How lucky was I ?! They came early and stayed late so it was up and running before they left. I have told everyone I know about this company. Good work and service are hard to find in Fl. It was right here in Coral Springs. They can do work for me any time.! Help support a local company that is really good at what they do.
