They set up an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Came to the house and took down a precariously hanging antenna and disposed of it. Just what we needed to be done! No issues at all.

WAY over priced! I was charged almost $700 to mount 1 small tv. After the tech left, I noticed that the HDMI cable was bent entering the TV, therefore it broke off as soon as the mount was rotated a bit (it is a rotating mount and meant for that purpose.) Now I have to have a different tech come out to fix the original job that wasn't done in the first place and was a HUGE waste of money. He was supposed to mount a second TV in a stone wall above our fireplace. Our contractor have him specific info as to where he could drill, but in the end, he said he couldn't do it. Since then, Ive had it done by another professional who had no issue whatsoever.

"Customer completely unreasonable. Nothing would make her happy. Hard to reach on phone. Excuses after excuses on why she missed appointments due to living in Irvine and unreachable many times before appointment and during appointment once she committed. While installing 1 tv in bedroom customer scheduled 3 other contractors to do work while our install was happening. Waited more than 30 mins at one point just for her to sign invoice and sign credit card auth. Avoid customer if possible."

Final price twice what I believed I had established as the price. Very high marks for Lorenzo who was polite and courteous. We wanted and believed we would get out FM connected to the antenna. I specifically asked is an additional FM element would be needed to do that and was told the TV elements would already cover that. Yes, we have FM channels on the TV but not what we believed we would get. We purchased a TiVo as instructed. I did not understand that hooking it up would be an extra charge. Glad to get on the Majik Jack system and away from AT&T --but again a previously unmentioned service charge--etc-etc--etc. I did not get a written estimate of TOTAL charges in advance so was surprised that my (approx.) $560 phone quote penciled out to be $1013.99--almost twice what I anticipated.

"Thank you (consumer name withheld per their request) . Anything outside the scope of work will result in extra charges. Of course the TiVo will cost to setup since it requires about 1 hour to complete configuration. Original estimate was between $650-$850. (consumer name withheld per their request) even needed a service call which Lorenzo walked him thru the problem over the phone at no extra charges. When finished (consumer name withheld per their request) was good to go and very happy. Once again thank you (consumer name withheld per their request) and happy thanksgiving to you and your wife."
