Perfect Home Electrical

I was charged what a licensed electrician would have charged, possibly even more and I do not have a ceiling fan that works. I plan to call a licensed professional to fix what Home Advisors so called pro screwed up! Thank you Home Advisor! Never again!!

He was like the name of the company,he was peefect,the best electrician I ever meet,.I will use them again and again.also he went and got the fan at for me at home depot.they are the best.

Unprepared. No booties. No ladder or hand light for an electrician? Not the best cleanup. Would not recommend.

I hired ED to fix some flood lights and chandelier in December 2018 in Pomona, New York. His fees were expensive. He arrived several hours after the set appointment.The chandelier has not been completed as I write . I have paid him in full and he ran away with my money. He is rude, unprofessional and unethical. I am taking him to court to replace the chandelier since he is not able to fix it. He said he has insurance and a good lawyer but he has refused to provide me the insurance information for me to file a claim and he has refused to come back to fix the chandelier even after he collected his money in full. He has been avoiding my phone calls and would not return any calls. He just took my money and ran like a con man. Will also be filing a report on Better business Bureau. Kalu Agwu

Ed, the owner of Perfect home, did a good job. The only things I am not happy about are that he did not label the switches on the electrical box he replaced and he did not send me the warranty. Service was not adequate because he made promises of a warranty but still has not followed up. He arranged a follow-up date but never came.

He was very knowledgeable. He cleaned up everything afterwards. Was very responsive to the job that needed to be done. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Will use for my future needs as well.

Thorough

Did not like him. He had poor work ethics, agreed on a price but did not arrive on time, took the check and left with a one-way switch the other switch does not work at all. Told me to make an appointment to come and investigate. Why would I call him a second time when all he did was talk on the phone as he was working. Very dissatisfied with the entire project. Now I have to find someone else to finish the project.
