They only showed up 5 hrs on Sept 10, and 4 hrs on Sept 13. The job is still not completed. They said they would come back on Sept 16 but they did not show up. When I called them they said they would come back on Sept 18. In the meantime took the money out of my account. Poor way of doing business.

My concern was that the service description for the service I requested was incorrectly translated. I saw what was sent to her. For example I wanted my pictures dusted and hung Not just dusted. I wanted ceiling fans clean. But this young lady did a GREAT job. Had my stove brand new. Didn't want to use it. Wanted to continue to see myself. Overall please with the respect for my belongings and always making sure I was okay with everything she did. Will use her again. Thank you.
