Perfect Image Landscape & Excavation

I wish I would have hired Perfect Image the first time I had my work done. I would have never had to have it done the second time. The work they did was outstanding and the people that work for Perfect Image are kind and courtious. Jordan was always asking is this what you want and how you want it. I would hire them again and would recomend them to anyone.

Very good work on the driveway and retaining walls. Landscaping could be a little better, particularly in the handling of the existing pachysandra. Nice people; very easy to work with.

Jordan did a great job grading my backyard and installing 2 drains. Very professional, completed job on time and went above and beyond what was asked. Would recommend Jordan for projects.

Perfect Image did an awesome job extending my driveway and cleaning up both my existing driveways. Jordan the owner is very professional and also very knowledgeable when it comes to any excavation work. He was done with the job less than a week after I first went on home advisor. I will be hiring him again this summer to do some drainage ditches to reroute some water. If you want the job done right and asap then call Perfect Image Landscape & Excavation. Don't be fooled by these other jokers who are just out to take your money.

I had a drainage problem at the edge of my driveway. Jordan came and gave a quote for an effective solution. He installed a catch basin, piping, gravel and stone to ameliorate the problem. The best thing about the Job was the way Jason took care in the details - finishing edges, creating a cement lip from the driveway to the basin to channel the water and cleaning up rock and dirt from the driveway. All in all, a great job.

I had Perfect Image Landscaping and Excavating remove old French drains, install new ones around most of the perimeter of my forty year old house, and reroute some downspouts underground. We were getting water in the basement family room and garage whenever we would have a prolonged period of rain or heavy snow melt and the downspouts made a mucky mess where they day lighted. Jordan, the owner, came out three different times to assess our situation and quote prices for the work. The work expanded in scope as our rainfall increased causing more water to pour inside from more locations. We got competitive bids but decided to go with Jordan because he seemed to be more knowledgeable than the other contractors and did not hesitate to come out to speak with us as our water situation changed. Long story short, the job was not as easy as anticipated. Jordan and his other worker, Mark, had to cut a swath through our driveway and also had to do a lot of backbreaking, hand digging in places where the utility lines were too close to the house to use an excavator. The weather did not cooperate and the project took longer than anticipated. But in the end, we got a quality job done. Our basement and garage are now dry. Jordan knows what he is doing, works neatly (well, as neatly as digging in the dirt can be done!), keeps the owner informed step by step, is straightforward with his advice and very honest. Such a project is never cheap, however. Just so you know, after Jordan is done with the work, you will have to spread some topsoil, plant grass seed and replace any shrubbery that had to be removed from the foundations. This is a two step operation. I wholeheartedly recommend Perfect Image Landscaping and Excavating. We are quite pleased with the caliber of work Jordan and Mark did.

Jordan arrived on time to discuss what we wanted, made good suggestions as to the best way to regrade our yard so water ran away from the house, and quoted in a timely manner. Showed up with all required tools and materials, did a good job and cleaned up when finished. He followed up within a couple days to see how the water flowed following a heavy rain.

Jordan and team recently installed a sump pump basin for our driveway and their work was phenomenal. It works better than anticipated and they left the site looking better than when they started. If you need landscaping and/or excavation work, be assured you can have complete confidence in Perfect Image!

Updated Review: The grass grew in really patchy and they left tons of rocks in the soil. I originally asked them to put more topsoil down but they claimed it was not necessary. It definitely was necessary and now I have really hard ground, tons of rocks for the kids to trip on and to get caught in my mower, and crappy looking grass with a bunch of weeds. Original Review: They were pretty responsive with communications. It was difficult to schedule the work specifically within their schedule because they do a lot of commercial work as well. They did a good job and did it very quickly once they got here. They did not however put anything to protect the grass seed from washing away when it rained. But when it did rain they came back and reseeded and raked it for me.
