They came out on Wednesday cut two trees down in the alley, did an excellent job cleaning up. Rhe rain started so they came out the next day Thursday and cut two other trees in the side yard that were rotted again they did an excellent job in cleaning up. They even blew the whole alley from my house to the street. They cleaned up the neighbors yards and roofs of any tree messes. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I hired Rodney and his crew to remove several trees in my yard along with grinding the stumps. Rodney and his crew were here the entire time. Very impressive. They did an excellent Job and I would highly recommend them! It was fun to watch them take the trees down in a very professional way. They are very skilled workers and have experience doing their jobs. They raked and cleaned each area up along with other clean up! They came the very next day following our original contact. I had two trees in a difficult location, sitting tightly between a fence and a shed. Turned out to be no big problem for the crew who took the trees down more quickly then I thought they could and then did a thorough clean up afterward. Would definitely call on this company again.

I never write reviews on anything but when you are mistreated by a company as badly as Perfect Landscape, I had to share thoughts on this company that took my money and left me with damaged lawn and poor customer service. We called out Perfect Landscape Tree and Excavation for a bid on 6/30 with the intent to have some trees trimmed. After talking with the owners, they pointed out that one of our trees needed to be removed. This $800 extra expense is something that we did not plan for so after getting a few other bids and saving some hard earned dough we felt like Perfect Landscape was the right company to hire for the job. Originally Perfect Landscape was supposed to come out on a Thursday at 1:00pm to complete my project. They called at 1:45pm to inform me that they had to cancel and could reschedule me for the next morning at 8:00am. Unfortunately, I took another day off work. Friday morning, they did not show up until 9:30am and did not apologize for being late whatsoever. Half way through my project about 3-4 of their workers left my house to go down the street to pick up a side gig they scheduled that day because my neighbor noticed they were in the area. Perfect Landscape is welcome for that extra $400 in their pocket. By the completion of my job, the perfect landscape dug five holes in my yard with their boom crane claw and one of their workers instructed me to get in contact with the office to get it re-sod. I was so fixated on what they did to my lawn that after taking closer look at my trees, they left many branches that definitely needed to be trimmed. I called the Perfect Landscape office within an hour of the workers leaving my house and the office manager said they could be out on Monday. I called Monday morning to see when they were coming over and the office manager said late afternoon. Perfect Landscape never showed up or called. Once again, I wasted another vacation day on this company and they don'€™t even give you a courtesy phone call. The office manager assured me that the crew would be there Wednesday at 8:00am to fix the lawn and trim the branches. Of course, Perfect Landscape showed up one hour late! The worker told me that later that day someone would be out to put down some grass seed on my lawn. Grass seed? Really? You want me to put seed in five divot/holes in my yard? I was not happy about this and what do you know, no one showed up that day to even sprinkle some seed on my lawn. Throughout this process I felt like I was treated like the dirt that they left behind in my yard and not as a valued customer. For a first time home owner that sunk a good chunk of change into completing this project, I am severely disappointed and feel robbed by this company. Not once did the owners apologize or even speak a word with me about any of this (I had to voice my displeasure with the office manager).
