Needed repair work and they did a fantastic job. Completed larger area than expected and it looks like a new driveway and pool deck. High quality work at a very competitive price and wonderful folks to work with. Would never think of hiring anyone else in the future.

Needed coping removed before our pool was resurfaced, then replaced after that was complete. In December 2020 I dealt with Robby who was great. We planned for them to be in coordination with the pool company when they were to begin the project in the spring. In March, the pool company was ready so they contacted perfect pavers. Robby was no longer there and they were hard to get a hold of, but they did come to pull up the coping after 2 weeks. After the pool tile was finished, both the pool company and I tried repeatedly to contact perfect pavers to come to install new coping. Once in a while, I would get a promise that they would be there the next day. Never happened. Never heard back after 3 WEEKS. Had to hire another company to install coping. Had to wait a month longer for the pool to be done so we could use it. A nightmare to deal with. We ended up using Pavers by Design (904-738-3825) who understood our frustration and were able to get the coping estimate, supplies, and installed within 2 weeks.

Very reasonably priced and highly professional work. I would recommend this company without reservation.

They found an issue immediately that they knew they could not fix with a broken pipe underground and did not charge me for the visit extremely honest and would hire them if I had any paperwork to be done.

The guy was very responsive at first. I emailed him a drawing of the approved patio. Very simple. 4? x 8? interlocking pavers with 2? x 6? pressure treated edge on 3-sides. The day the workers came, they asked me for the materials. I called the guy and he said the forgot. Then he said he never looked at the drawing and the wood edge would be an additional charge of $200

We hired Perfect Pavers to complete two projects at my home. We had three companies quote our prices. Perfect Pavers were the higher price of the three but told me they could get to it quickly. We hired them and signed the contract because we wanted it done soon. Communication went downhill from there. They told us they would show up on a certain day and never showed or called. Finally, they came out to do the work. The employees do not speak English, which is fine. However, they began clearing the wrong area, including starting to take apart our pergola. I had to run out and use Google translate to have them fix it. They did not fix the pergola. Their truck tore up a piece of our driveway. That has not been fixed either. The work done was fine. However, after they left, we realized they did not cement down about 15-20 blocks on the fire pit and bench. We have tried getting in touch with someone for weeks. No one has come out to fix it. Now they are ignoring our calls/texts. Very disappointed. I wish I would have chosen a different company and just waited to have the pavers installed.

Highly unprofessional! We had an area on our patio where pavers had sunk and needed to be reset. When I posted this project, I got an immediate callback and Robby Ward, one of their salespeople came out to size the scope of the project. A few days later we got the corresponding quote and signed the contract agreement. That was on November 23, 2020. From there it went downhill rapidly. Initially, we could not get them to firmly agree to any date for the work to get done. Then when we suggested dates, they all went by without anyone confirming. Finally, they started ignoring our phone calls altogether. I guess resetting an area of pavers is just too small of a project for them in the end and not worth their time. If so, I would have expected a professional company to be upfront and let us know right away. Now, 2 months after both parties signed the contract and they never showed up to do the work, we had the work completed otherwise. So, be aware, what they tell you in the beginning and what happens afterward may very well be two completely different things.

Communication was difficult at times. Make sure you have an agreed upon site plan drawn up before starting.

THEY EARN THEIR NAME! I met with, and received quotes from, several companies. I was extremely pleased with the proposal offered by Perfect Pavers. Their quote was the best out of 5, their workmanship guarantee is the longest, the crew is very focused and motivated, and they consistently pay attention to detail. The crew was also very organized and highly efficient. The rep I met with was Charles (Robby) Ward. He is absolutely a joy to work with.; he put a great deal of importance on listening to me carefully and in making sure he fully understood what we wanted. He did everything requested and everything promised. Robby is engaging and easy to work with. He quickly won my trust and didn't disappoint - in fact, he and his crew really surpassed my expectations. I honestly couldn't have been more pleased when the job was done! The only issue we ran into was communication. The workers were nice and did a great job. The patio looks amazing. Just need to be patient when trying to get questions answered.

Perfect Pavers did a very good job removing old concrete driveway and replacing with pavers for driveway and front walkway to front door. Price was reasonable, workmanship was very good with only one small ding to our garage door when removing the old concrete. Workers were efficient and quick. Job was done on schedule. Only glitch was I was enable to get them to come back to fix a few spots where grout was insufficient. They required total money’s paid on day of completion leaving little motivation to return despite oral promises to do so. Job was done in February 2019.

Did my homework and got seven quotes from different installers. Perfect Pavers had the best price AND the best reviews out of all of them. I could not be happier with the work and my neighbors are envious. Perfect Pavers met all of my expectations and more! The crew was very professional and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Where every other installer said they would only cap off my sprinkler heads, these guys relocated and reconnect them for me. They also ran sewer pipe under the paving so that runoff from rain would be diverted. If you are getting outdoor pavers, I definitely recommend using polymeric sand. It does not cost much more than regular sand but it certainly makes a difference.

Amazing Results! After getting nine (9) bids from a variety of paver companies we narrowed it down to two (2). Of course I read reviews on google and home advisor as well as recommendations from neighborhood blogs. I interviewed the companies and looked at their techniques and their design ideas and gave them my plans. I called references and in the end having two left we felt we had gotten almost there. The deciding factor for us was the salesperson Erich at Perfect Pavers. Erich was not over assertive but he earned our business by asking for it with his guarantee of performance and his calls and texts. We knew he wanted to earn our business and he was sincere and convincing. Luckily for us our pavers were promptly dropped as promised and his crew begin the prep work. 3 days later with over 2500 SF of pavers installed I can't say enough about how pleased we are. The crew was so professional. They took a short lunch break each day and worked from 9-5. They removed our existing driveway and sidewalks, prepped the site, put down paver base, installed pavers which included custom cuts, retaining beds and curves. They mortared in edges, sanded the pavers and cleaned up everything. Will will let the pavers cure before we seal them. If you are considering paver companies all I can say is don't hesitate to include Perfect Pavers in your consideration. I promise you wont be disappointed. I am guilty of being quite picky and I picked the right company . Thank you Perfect Pavers!

From the initial visit by Erich Early to the proposal and completion of the project I couldn t be more pleased. Perfect Pavers crew and attention to detail yielded an end result that was.........Perfect!! We are extremely pleased with our new driveway and sidewalk. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

Hard working guys completed the job in under 3 days. Cleaned up and now Iâ m enjoying my new super patio!

I referred 2 of my neighbors, and their driveways were started and finished before mine. The crew didn t cap my sprinkler lines, so after my driveway was completed, they had to pull up several pavers and it didn t look as nice when they put them back. Within 3-months, my driveway started to sink and now looks decades old. I was told the pavers would be sealed, but that never happened, and the color has faded significantly. This was a waste of time and money, since I need to pretty much start over.

Rip off... This company has yet to pay their bill where they picked up the brick pavers (Tremron in Jacksonville) to do the job at my home. They will not return my phone calls or text. As a result I have letter stating $2,091.00 has not be paid and Tremron is putting a LIEN on my property. Tremron said I am not the only one that Perfect Pavers and More has done this too. SO WHAT IN THE WORLD HOMEADVISOR!? Can you tell I am a bit upset! UPDATE: Perfect Pavers and More has since paid the paving company and the problem has been resolved. They have been in contact with me, and have apologized. The lien on my house has been removed.

We heard about Perfect Pavers from a neighbor. We asked them for an estimate, they came out right away, and we hired them the next day. The entire process was complete in a week. They did great work and we are delighted with the outcome!
