So idk where to start with this company... At first i thought it was too good to be true but really i was getting screwed over. The contractor said things and promised things that really wouldn't happen. They charged us extra for things that they promised would be included in the contract. They were never on the same page with us. One person would say something and the other would say something else. Had a very bad experience with them wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

"It is always hard to see a bad review and are sorry we could not satisfy this customer. Upon the signing, many of the extra items were taken out of the contract because of pricing. Contracts are signed so that both parties involved understand what is included. Perfect Pools went above and beyond by giving the customer quite a few of these items for free because the customer complained that it should have been included or that a former sales rep promised it (even though it was not in the contract nor paid for). The customer kept asking for more and more for free and unfortunately we eventually had to say no. This bad review is the result."
