Kyle approached solving long-standing problems in my indoor lap pool in a very analytical method. My pool has some unusual features and is close to 40 years old. Rather than replace mechanical systems he researches out and understands the system..and suggests ways to cost-effectively solve problems. Other people who had looked at the pool wanted everything replaced at great cost without even trying to understand and work with the existing equipment. He is an excellent communicator...he even went as far as annotating a photograph of the mechanicals so I could understand the flow of water through the heat exchanger. Needless to say, I am very pleased to be a customer of Perfect Pools LLC.
