Swimming Pool - Above Ground, Build or Install - Need Materials
I hired this company Perfect Pool & Spas through Home Advisor on March, 2018 to install an above ground pool before Memorial Day. Chad Burns was the person in charge of the project. We made a deal to install it before Memorial day. This person did not install the pool as scheduled and after multiple calls, emails and text messages telling him that "I do not want my pool to be installed by the end of the summer", he replied by text message and gave me a new scheduled day. My pool was installed by the end of June, 2018. However, all items as per contract were not given and I was told the it would be delivered or shipped before the pool season closure. Today is Oct 9th, 2018 and still have not received the item as per contract. Mr Chad Burns, you should be more responsible with your customers because you didn't do it for free and I shouldn't be calling constantly for item that was included with the price given and for service that was paid for. But Mr Chad you could keep that item because I ordered it through another source. Little details like this say a lot of a person. Because of your lack of responsibility and customer service, you should not be on this page at all. I do not recommend this person at all and if you do, please do some research before you hire him.

"Sorry, the client is not happy. Mr. Kerlyn R. [Consumer name withheld at their request] your pool was delayed due to you not getting your building permit from the town as you said you would take care of, you know that once you got it I was there... As for your winter cover, it was shipped from my supplier the day you called me an said you did not receive it was news to me, I said I would get one to you and you said you were going to get one elsewhere. Again all I can is sorry, your cover did not get shipped as it was supposed to. The delay on the install was on you."

3 weeks prior to memorial day, I hired Chad and Perfectpoolsandspas to install an above ground pool. Chad did as promised prior to memorial day. Chad even threw in a free maintenance kit and winter cover. Yard and driveway was a bit messy after installation so i needed a landscaper and a good power washing, but i guess that is expected since i live on a hill. Would recommend this service for wanting a pool done in a speedy time frame. Thanks.

They were very professional, listened to the customer , and made every effort to provide what we wanted. Along the way they also provided recommendations on what was best, based on their experience, and provided an education to the customer. They were given a very aggressive and almost impossible task to complete the installation from the time of order to the completion of 3 weeks. They achieved it on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting an above or in ground pool. They truly live up to their company name !

They are professional , they are always on time and the crew is top notch . Chad the owner knows his stuff and he's always on the job site doing the work himself and managing the project . They did a inground pool , today they are finishing up . The job took over 7 working days , yes 7 ! These guys are amazing !!!

Chad and his crew are able professionals but we were very disappointed that they left us with the wrong ladder for our pool to deck configuration (that they talked us into) and, to date, we have had no help from them getting the correct ladder.

Chad and his team were professional, responsible, and effective. My mother was on site and had very definite ideas about the pool and filter equipment. Chad was very respectful of her experience and took the time to explain anything new to her. I would recommend Perfect Pools & Spas.

Working with Perfect Pools was an all-around positive experience - they were responsive and accommodating (our home is quite a distance from where they are located, and we're only there on weekends!) - once we made our decision, the work was scheduled promptly, and completed on-time, exactly as we were told it would be. They listened to and addressed our questions and concerns (primarily about maintenance, being weekenders) as well as size and placement on our property. We only wish we'd had it done earlier in this very hot summer!

Construction began on time despite weather conditions and kept to the timetable promised. Quality is a 2 because of Chad's professionalism. He often interrupts and he was less than cooperative with my deck contractor. Chad didn't remove unused materials (including a mound of modified rock and lumber) from my yard AND he took garden tools that belong to me. Customer Service is 1 because after multiple e-mails and voice mails, Chad has not replied. He remains owing me a vacuum hose, winter cover, winter chemicals and my garden equipment. I will likely need to file a small claims case to resolve this. I cannot recommend Chad to others.

"David, Your pool is perfect and was built to last. I heard no complaints of that. You received everything you were suppose to per our contract. Winter covers are not needed in July and you got it before closing time, per contract. As for your deck guy.....well when he talked about draining the water out of pool to build a deck, it just wasn't necessary. Why? I simply had to question his knowledge. If he did not like that, well, that's on him... The stone was left under the deck to help stop the grass from growing as per our conversation. As far as the issue with missing garden tools, please install a camera so you can accuse the correct thief. Please, enjoy your PERFECT POOL.... I would like to mention that since you shifted your pool location right before we started it did cause additional work including the need for well over the 15 ton of crushed stone we originally quoted, we did cover that extra detail at no cost to you. We always try to make our customers happy. We are extremely sorry you had some problems, we'd just want you to know they were not our problems."

Chad the owner was on site with his team and the install was fast in fact I first spoke to him on Wednesday told him I was hoping for the earliest install he could , he installed my pool that Friday I'm very happy with my pool!!!

What I liked best about perfect pool is that the owner of the company was the one who came out and gave me the estimate for my pool site and he is the one I delt with the whole way thew the process. He was there and worked on the day my pool was installed.

We love our Perfect Pool! The work done was in a timely and efficient manner. We were comfortable with the process before installation day so there were no surprises. Everything that was outlined to be done was done and the pool was running just like we were told once finished. The owner is involved every step of the way (including during installation) so you never feel as if your being neglected. Any questions we had were promptly answered and future support (if needed) is always available. We'd highly recommend this company to our neighbor's and friend's!

Perfect Pools provide great value and are very knowledgeable. Even after my pool was installed they continued to help me with any inquiries I had. I chose Perfect Pools over my local pool company and would recommend them to anyone thinking about purchasing a new pool. Best of all, they guaranteed my new pool to be installed in less than two weeks and came through even though it was 105 degrees both days!
