I hired PPW in 2023 to power wash my home, deck and concrete front areas. The job was awful - the house was full of streaks the day after. I called to complain but they never send a technician to fix it. The worse is the legal scam and unethical business behavior. On my way out the technician talked to me about their annual membership. I did not sign. He called me after the job was complete and while I was driving (I had left my home in the meantime and did not see the outcome of the service either). He told me what he did and then went through their membership program. I did not even think about it too much believing that I was fine since I did not sign a contract. 2 months ago they told me that a technician was going to perform the service. When I decline they attacked me over the phone while I was on vacation with my family and told me that they have a recording of a phone call where the technician explained about the membership and cancellation rules. They ended up charging me $236 in cancellation fee. Legal scam and very unethical way of running a business tricking people into a membership. I hope this will help people not to hire ever this company a beware of their annual membership tricks.

I have dark green garage doors that they power washed and permanently bleached them to an awful pea colored green. After complaining, they sent out another guy who said it was 100% their fault and that they must have used the wrong concentration of chemicals The company will take no responsibility and will not even attempt to repair or replace the damaged property. I have submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will most likely need a lawyer

Good work, efficient and courteous crew. However, they will try to set up an annual contract and charge you a fee the next year whether you use them or not. If you do get out of this, as I did two years ago, they will text, email, and phone you forever to sign up again, even after repeatedly asking them to stop contact. They do great work but I will never use them again because of their aggressive and predatory business practices.

Service was fine. My house was washed. A year and a half later charged $200 because I didn't do more business with them. Had a tech out too as they continuously called me to schedule service making me believe had purchased an annual power wash. Guy came out said it was just a sales call so I sent him away. If I'd been informed while he was here that if I didn't act before a certain date I would be charged I would've been able to make a more educated decision.

I was asked permission to charge my credit card $285 for service withe promise that I wouldn't be charged until services were rendered. After services were rendered I wad charged $325 instead.
