From first phone contact to completion of services, our experience with Perfect Reflection has been great. Windows are clean and clear now and gutters re-caulked in a few failing joints. Additionally, Joshua was able to redirect some outdoor lighting located too high for us to manage ourselves. He was pleasant, punctual, reasonably priced and showed respect and wisdom by arriving wearing a mask. Very appreciated during this pandemic.

I rate ( Joshua Erb ) to be a (( TOTAL PROFESSIONAL )) he makes sure that the customer is completely happy with his work and he is on time if not early to do the job you hired him to do !!! I know I will NOT hire anyone else for this type of work in the future but ( Joshua Erb ) I just wish I had known about this GREAT company and young man in the past !!! I promise if you hire him you will NOT ever hire any one else to do your gutters /etc.

GREAT job! Professional, neat, organized, hard working and respectful of your property. Joshua takes his job very seriously - and it shows! He has stabilizer bars on his ladder, which help to make sure your gutters don't get dented. At the end of the job there is not a bit of gutter garbage on the ground because he uses heavy duty trash bags throughout the job. VERY impressive young man. GREAT job! Will use him again and again !

Our window cleaner was prompt in responding to emails and phone calls, as well as, arriving on time for the job. He did the job very well and did not leave until it was done, which was almost 7 p.m..
