Easy to engage and set an appointment. Arrived on time. Gave a 30 minute heads up prior to arrival. 2-hour window of a potential arrival. Arrived 20 minutes into that. Rapidly assessed the problem. I had a water heater leak on Saturday. I called them and asked about an estimate and availability on replacing the water heater. Since it wasn't an emergency, they showed up on time on Monday and the estimate given was accurate. The replacement was done quickly! No mess! No hassle! Friendly and courteous. Highly Recommend!

These guys were great. I called for an emergency repair for an A/C unit on our rental, and they gave us a same-day appt. They fixed the problem efficiently, expeditiously, with great customer service and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again for A/C repair service.

Perfect Temp came out the same day that I called. The owner of the company was very courteous. I had lost my water heater and had to boil hot water for a couple of days. He was able to fix my issue in less than 24 hrs and the price was fantastic. He beat all the other plumbers that I called. I would definitely recommend this company!!

I had an additional duct installed on my heat pump system to provide additional air flow to one of my rooms. The hole that they installed the register was not level. There was additional air to the room but it still didn't have the desired affect and it made the rest of the house warmer. They were the cheapest bid that come in, but you get what you pay for.

PT was sent to our home via warranty company for central air. PT said we needed a new unit inside, outside unit was fine. PT replaced the inside unit which required modifications to the new unit to receive the old style Freon. The unit worked for a few days then stopped cooling the home. Had Warranty bring PT back to fix, at their convenience. PT came & said the outside compressor now needed replaced. 2 weeks later, PT technicians replaced compressor and still no air. PT did a terrible job and left my family w/o AC for 6 weeks, new company came out and fixed in 2 hours. PT treated us horribly. They left my carpet dirty, and errors after another.

Installed 6 new outlets off an exisisting HVAC system. Reasonably priced and professional. Would recommend and use again.
