Braydon did an excellent job. Did it twice and brought out a whole bunch more of lint! I'm sure our dryer will do a much better job of drying and I won't have to worry about fire.

His after-installation service was wonderful. My pilot lights went out and I did not know how to light them=the service person came out that day and showed me. The technician was professional, kind, thoughtful. He wore little paper booties to keep my house clean. He went the extra mile. I was purchasing a furnace with another companies help. It was a firm that paid $500 for your stove so that there would be fewer fires burning for cleaner air. Afterward, the technician who installed the furnace even took my wood stove to the other company, so the company could pay the $500., I couldn't take it in, as I don't have a car.

Quote to replace the entire HVAC system was several thousand lower than three other bids, no unnecessary items were added in, two months later when we had a minor hiccup Ken the owner came out on the weekend and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within twenty minutes. Great customer service.

Exceptional service! Perfect Temp called me within an hour after I registered my heating/cooling system repair need with Home Advisor. I was able to have a technician come to my house later that same day. Ken, the technician and owner, diagnosed my heat pump problem within minutes, replaced the part needed, and was finished with the repair in under 30 minutes. Exceptional service describes my experience with Perfect Temp and Ken well. We will definitely contact Perfect Temp next time we need furnace or heat pump repairs. Thanks again Ken!

Called to get a quote to replace old 80% with new 96% system. Price was inline with my other quote for the same system, where the problems began was because I was doing the electrical myself I kept asking for part numbers so I could get specs, took over 2 weeks to get a part number for the A/C condenser never got a number for the furnace. Got a call a few days later to setup the install for that Saturday, short timing but not the end of the world. Once the techs arrive they removed my old furnace which was a downflow and completely prepared and tried to install an upflow in its place, once that problem was seen they went back to the parts house to get the right furnace which was a downflow which was then installed, once installed I asked about the 2nd stage heating and was told that I didnt order a 2 stage which I knew was wrong because all the other quotes were for a 2 stage. I was very disappointed that if I hadnt be paying attention he wrong unit would have been installed and not a word said to me. Once all that was figured out and corrected I was told I would have the correct unit installed January 23, which was roughly a month later which cool no problem Covid I get it, well the 23rd come and go and I contact them again asking whats going on roughly the 1st week of February, Im told shipping is backed up and basically when it gets here it gets here. Took another 3-4 weeks before I got an actual confirmation that the correct unit was even shipped. Had there been any decent communication from this company I would have given a higher review but with complete lack of communication on them fixing there mistake of ordering the wrong system combined with the owner taking zero responsibility for it I would not recommend for equipment maintenance or replacement.

Ken the owner is very friendly and down to earth. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Ben who works for him is a very sweet young man. Very patient and polite. Does a thorough job. He fixed our dryer vent and cleaned it. They both did a great job and educated on how to keep our dryer vent safe and how often we're supposed to have them cleaned. We highly recommend Perfect Temp Inc. We will certainly be having them clean our vents every 2 years!!! Thank you very much Ken and Ben!!! It was a pleasure meeting you both.

Ken, the owner of PerfectTemp is a consummate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable as demonstrated by how he tenaciously troubleshooted our HVAC systems. Happily, our AC is now fully functional in the dog-days of August. PerfectTemp also installed a top- rated home air-purifier system for us. All while following social distancing. We are most appreciative.
