That?s because grout collects dirt, grime and spills, often discoloring the surface. Regular mopping and spot cleaning don?t reach the hidden dirt that lies deep within the pores of your grout lines. Our professional tile and grout cleaning service restores the luster to your floors, making them look like new. Minimum price charge is 150$. We also power wash, clean and seal concrete decks and fences and patios too.

Steve with perfect touch is extremely unprofessional and will never set foot in my home again. All I needed was coloring on the grout in our shower. He never ordered the color we wanted and we ended up going with a different color just to get the job done. They did a poor job and missed areas. He charged me top dollar and promised to come out and fix it. He would not answer my calls and it was not until I saw him out in public and confronted him did he finally get all nice and agree to come to fix it (again with the wrong color). He is rude to the guys who work for him as well as calling them names. He will also point out every little thing he thinks is wrong with your house and try to scare you into hiring him to fix it. Stay far away from this guy. He is a snake in the grass.

Steve took a deposit of 550 dollars for labor and has not done any work, he claims his contract says that he can keep this deposit but it is no where on the contract that he could keep our money. He has not done any work at all.

They did an excellent job of recoloring the grout in a 500 square foot floor area. Arrived on time and were done in about 5 hours. Good service and floor looked great.

They needed to use my garage to store lumber for a week. They borrowed a gas can. They took my hammer without my permission. They left sunken tire marks in wet grass. They left a large pile of scrape wood over the weekend. They do very little work in a day with 5-6 six guys standing around.

"This was a very poor deck it should have been remove and a new one installed it looks like a new deck now and I only have three employees and it rained every day that we worked on this deck. This is one of those customers that no matter how much you try they will never be happy."

The manager (Steve) was very experienced and professional. The task to complete 2 baths and 4 carpets were excellent.
