Great Service Replaced AC system that was installed in 1975

Company was very professional and took the time to do the right and replaced my old system from 1975. I would recommend them.

I ve been using PerfecTemp for 13 years and I ve had quality and professional service. I had an A/C unit installed years ago, but because of a warranty on my unit, I haven t had to pay parts or labor. In an emergency, they respond immediately and fix the problem as soon as possible, even that evening! They are a pleasure to deal with! I am an Interior Designer and would be confident in recommending this company to my clients!

They approach each issue and home as if it was there own! They are passionate and dedicated in quickly solving a problem and nothing thrills them more than customer success. perfectemp responded to my phone call, quickly and fully explained my problem and offered multiple solutions for the problem. Installation was completed in a timely matter. Service men were polite, neat, and completed the job in a timely manner.

Perfectemp did and excellent job. They started installation of our central air conditioner the day they said they would. They followed the required town codes and cleaned up after. They asserted that they stand behind their work and were very polite. Perfectemp is not the cheapest but they were less expensive than their competitors in our neighborhood including a major company that we have used over the past 10 years. We recommend Perfectemp to our friends and neighbors.

Courtesy, Home visit for quotation, very professional, show over three alternatives. Complete inspection on AC unit. Provide information about financing the new unit. When over the service they will provided, the hours that will take the installation. Company warranties on unit and information about maintenance services after the first year of the installation. In General Shaun provide me information in order to take my decision. I buy my AC unit from them. Great service, installation done in less than estimated.

Their appraisals were accurate, they kept all schedules they made and they did a very thorough and complete job. All their personnel were polite and courteous. Some of the competing proposals we received were questionable as to whether they could fit the new equipment into the existing space. Perfectemp encountered some difficulties when the equipment was not the size advertised, but they found ways to install it and meet all of their proposals.

I got the best price and service from this company. they were professional and very clean and friendly. I would highly recommend this company. We are very satisfied with the process and the end result.
