Perfecting Touch

This company misrepresents itself. The man who came to my house for an estimate talked a good talk, but in reality he was not a paint contractor. He turned out to be a "jobber". He get jobs and then contracts out to other people to do the work at the lowest price, They never showed up on time. I have NEVER heard so many excuses from one person. The man who said he was the company owner in the beginning never faced me again, There is paint on my brick home in many areas. The front door never got a second coat of paint. The person that was to pressure wash my brick on the back of the house, decided to wait till the painting was done then pressure washed the brick and splattered debris all over the freshly painted areas on home. What a mess. BEWARE! Home Advisor needs to remove this person immediately.

Do not, repeat, do not use these painters. Most contractors will agree with some money down first and the balance due upon completion. With them, I paid money down and after day one they were begging for their money even though no one had a chance to inspect it and the job was not finished. They told me after day one, that if they didn’t get some money then “the lights would be turned off at their house.” Throughout the project they were blowing up my phone “needing to talk to me”. They didn’t need to talk to me about things to get done on the project as I assumed, but bothered me constantly about money and sob stories. Repeat, do not use these painters.

I have since spoken with the Home Advisor Team and recommend they discontinue use of this company, that's how bad it was. I want buyers to beware!! I will keep it short and to the point. If I could have given 0 stars, that would have been my choice. Contractor stated job would be completed in 4 days: to paint inside house, garage and deck. Job was not completed until 2 weeks later, which affected the job of the other contractors (cleaning, carpet and realtor) in order to put my house on the market. When calling contractor after the due date, and several days in between for two weeks, to ask when the job would be completed, he had an attitude with me, as if I did something wrong and continued to give dates and times, none of which were honored. Asked for balance of pay without completing the job (against my good senses, I did, due to his sob story of financial issues). That's when getting the remainder of the job completed was the real battle. He even stated I could get "some" of my money back for not completing the job. He had reason after reason and apology after apology for taking so long. There would be days when he would paint one room/area and leave for the rest of the day. No wonder it took two weeks. I hope you get a clear understanding of the lack of professionalism of this contractor. To add insult to injury the work was sub-standard. Apparently painted free hand, so edges were not clean cut and sharp. The quality of work performed appeared as teenagers did the work. Actually no disrespect to teenagers, because actually some teenagers would have done a better job. Overall the worse experience ever in my life and imagine I tried to be accommodating, by giving the balance of the pay without completion of work (my mistake) and gave contractor a fairly new swing set for his children. Which, by the way, was taken even before the job was finished.

Immediately response and even did the job before the scheduled date. The roof was repaired so quick it beat more rain.

Had a tree on my house from Irma, needed a quick patch job after removal of a tree and until an adjustor can come out. Responded immediately and solved my roofing issue.

Nice personality, price was good, and she is willing to come back and correct the work she missed.
