Thank you to Joe and family for getting my 1913 chimney right. It was the coldest day of the year my heat was down, and Joe was on the roof ensuring we had a source of heat. Had them come out for an estimate on a few issues we have been experiencing that nobody else could figure out. Joe said he had the fix and said he will Guarantee it would draft correctly and not smoke any more. Well I gotta say he knew what he was doing because sure enough first fire and no smoke, no smell! Its great to have our fireplace up and running again! I’m so happy and thankful for his honesty and professionalism! Big thanks to Joe from Perfection Chimney!

The business was responsive, arrived on schedule, used high quality parts, was efficient in their work. All in all a good experience--and they supply a great, transferrable warranty on their work.

We just bought a new home and there were a few things that came up on the inspection report so we got a few different companies to come out to give us estimates, Pro-Tech chimney stuck out to us as they were using better materials with a warranty for a cheaper price, so naturally we went with them, and I have to say we are extremely happy we did as everything they said they would do they did and then some would highly recommend and I will continue to use them every year to get my chimney cleaned thanks again guys you guys are wonderful.
