Perfection Cleaning

Will not show up on the day of cleaning. Do not waste your time.

They did not always come when they promised. There were a couple of times they didn't even show up. They used our vacuum and did not clean it out when they were done. When my husband got mad and told them to use their own equipment they finished cleaning with out vacuuming - and no discount. They just took the money and ran.

Do not pay her up front I did and I got a crappy job. did not follow instructions did not call me when it was done. Most of the condo looked like it was not touched.

I picked this company because of the reviews. The pictures of undone things exceeded the limit I could send by text to the owner. Windows, sills, ceiling fan blades, ceiling fan glass fixtures, noticeable streaks on cabinets and floors. I could go on I've spent too much time and wasted $375.00. She said she would come back the following week, I haven't heard a thing. I found a kitchen cabinet with very visible liquid spills covering complete shelf. Too much to itemize. No perfection here.

They came on time, did what was expected and I was happy with the results.

There were a few small things that I would have liked them to do.Like cleaning the door wall track, and taking the loose rugs outside dusting them and letting them hang on the railing to freshen up. Otherwise, they were very good.

I thought they were very professional and hard working.

Vera did a very good job she was caring careful about all items around the house that needed attention & had very good organization habits she is a keeper

Felt AMAZING to come home to a clean house! Shelly and her team exceeded our expectation! The house smelled so fresh and clean the minute you walk through the door! They even cleaned out microwave and outside of our refrigerator!!! Hahahha I know it doesn't sound like much but it's the little things I've noticed. Very professional and I'm so happy we made the decision to go with them! We will definitely use Perfection Cleaning again! Thank you ladies for making my life a whole lot easier! ?

I was not satisfied with my previous cleaning company. Things kept getting missed. It was a hassle to point out problem areas and I felt I shouldn't have to keep doing it. I called Perfection Cleaning and poor Shelly had to listen to all of my complaints about the previous company I had. She listened intently and made notes during the consultation. I hired them and they came on time and got right to work. I am happy with everything so far and I don't mean to keep bringing up the previous company but they used a lot of natural cleaning products like vinegar and so my house never smelled good when they left. Perfection uses nice smelling products and I enjoy smelling my clean home now. It was amazing to see the amount of dirt, grime and dust that Perfection found in my home. Seriously.....there shouldn't have been that much since my home was cleaned only a week earlier from the old service.

I hired them to clean my house prior to listing photos and couldn't have been more impressed. They were flexible, responsive, and I was VERY impressed by what a good job they did. We're a very busy working family with 2 small kids and a dog, so this couldn't have been an easy job. I'll hire them again when we move for sure.

I needed them in a emergency, they were quick to respond, quick to get the jobs done and very happy.

Great service! Will use them again.

Only problem encountered was that their website says they take credit cards, but they do not. Had to go get cash, not a major concern.
