perfection did an excellent job on our floors. we had destroyed hardwood floors that has paint stains, gauges, nails and staples put into it, and even had tile put on top of it. with in a few days the floors look amazing and you would never know what was there before. they did an excellent job on them. frank, the owner is a great example of a good business owner. he worked with-in our budget, promptly returned emails and phone calls as well. his crew are all friendly also. we did have a minor problem with the new base molding they put in but frank sent a crew to our house the very next day to immediately take care of it. excellent job

I hired them to prepare my home for a sale. Frank convinced me they would do a great job. Instead, the work was sloppy, the ceiling paint peeled off from tape, Frank never came out to look at the work, the results have been critized by all who look at the house, and now (a year later), the floor is discoloring underneath all throw rugs. This is costing me in the home sale price - a losing proposition all around.

He was able to schedule the job around an unexpected change in our availability and completed the project in the estimated time frame. The project went smoothly and the result is beautiful. The quotation was very thorough and included some very good recommendations to cover up numreous problems that the existing floor and stairway exhibited (ie. Pet Stains and Carpet Stapling) The contractor's crew was a very dilligent and hard working team. They also noticed imperfections in the wood and made further recommendations on how to make the job a further success. They worked cleanly and were considerate in calling with their start times. Frank explained everything that he was going to do and and when his crew arrived, that's what they did. We were unsure of a couple of suggestions, but the turned out well. The only issues I had was that it was difficult communicating with his crew - English wasn't their first language, and for most of them, not even their second, but the crew lead was able to communicate with me. The job that they did was very good, they cleaned up after themselves and I liked the color.

The guy does the job, did it wrong and never told me about it. They put it in and ran out. Left 15 nails on my driveway that I had to pick up. I would not recommend these people. Finally called back after 12 calls but never came back to fix broken shelf.

"This job was to move an old book shelves from customers mother to his house, originally same book shelves was move before and was not installed professionally, the handy man used big nails and glue, we had to correct all that and noticed that one shelf was broken and glued , customer hold us responsible for that originally broken shelf."

Outstanding work...Totally customer service oriented, from the beggining when making the quote...help me match my other wood floor to have consistency in the new job...even looked for better wood material price...once agreed on job price, proceeded to order material within 2 days arrived and proceed with the installation. Carpet removed and placed in order for disposal...Installation details fantastic, making transitions look pretty. All furnitures were placed back in the original place with installed leg cushions to avoid wood damage. Will definately recommend this pro to others.

Their final product looks good. Though the molding they did around the doors, look less than perfect. Didn't get any response or return call when I had left messages with that feedback. Frank Kader needs to be better organized. After we gave him the contract, we scheduled date of installation. Had several emails exchanged confirming the date. But on the day of installation, when his crew didn't arrive, I called to find out what time they were arriving and that's when he told me they forgot to pickup the material. I found that very unprofessional. Ideally he should have called me proactively to inform me about the delay.

We had a great experience dealing with Frank and Perfection. Our job was 1000sq feet and we decided to have it done whilst on holiday. Frank promised it would be done by the time we got back. And thats exactly what happened, we arrived back on Friday night at 7pm and Frank had just applied the final coat of finish. The floors lookgreat!! He and the team worked hard for 4 full days starting at 6am each morning to have the job done by the time we got back. There was little mess either. I would highly recommend Perfection Hardwood Flooring. Thanks Frank, great job!!!

"Job was done on a very old floors to be sanded and finished, was lots of dog stain ( Urine) was hidden under carpet, customer refused any repairs because it will be an extra charge, not he is not happy because he still see the black spots from his dog which we couldn't remove by just sanding. Who is poor?"

"Dear Customer, As we explained to you at the estimate time that your floors are solid 3/4" thickness was installed using glue over concrete slab, which is WRONG. That caused the floors to left up about 6" high, we advised you that you need to get the right floors for concrete slab( Either engineered or Laminate floors), also we advised you that we will remove the damaged floors and reinstall it back and that is not guaranteed and floors might left again in other spots.Don't expect perfection on a repair of floors was installed wrong from the begining.P.S repairs was only for $300 , we did not install your floors originally."
