Have planned working with Jonathan on doing this project since August. Planned on having work done in October (agreeable with both of us rescheduling) Was finally supposed to show up Monday 11/3/14. They asked for one more day to complete other job. I agreed. Said they would be here Tuesday 11/4/14. No Call, No Text, NO SHOW. May revise this review if they call or show up today, but so far it is 12 noon and NOTHING. I have made MANY attempts to contact them but they have not responded. Have taken off work to be here with painters, have rented POD and packed it with belongings for furnishing so they can paint around furnishing easier. We have worked together on scheduling since I had new Porcelain and Laminate floors installed in preparation for completing this long awaited renovation. Very very disappointed in customer service, much less can't believe being STOOD UP with no explanation! All the reviews on here made me believe they were reputable and dependable. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Would NOT Recommend. I didn't want to leave this review without giving them ample time to respond.
Response from Perfection Painting
"In my defence she kept postponing the job several times when I had her lined up we agreed on price but when work came ready she added more colors and work to be performed.in the beginning it was only a few colors when we got ready to start it was 8 different colors she didn't want to pay anymore for the extra work I am truly sry we could not come to agreements"

Interior Painting or Staining
We got way more than what we paid for. Save yourself some time and worry; don't even bother looking around for bids, just hire Perfection Painting and put them to work. We wish we had hired them in the first place.

"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
I actually had a ceiling repair where someones foot went through our ceiling. This contractor patched the hole and resurfaced the ceiling so well we did not have to do the entire ceiling. I am very pleased with his work and would hire him again..

Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + Rooms
Everything looks great! They were great at returning calls and keeping appointments. Very polite and professional. The job was done as scheduled. We trusted them to do the work while we were out of town and everything was neat, clean and freshly painted when we got back. We were pleased and will use them again.
