Fernando was absolutely awesome. He was able to show up on site quickly, discuss with me all my options and the different price points. He did not pressure me to make any decision and let me think about what would be the best given my situation. The next day I decided to instead of replacing a part on a 30 year old water tank, but to replace with a new water tank. Fernando brought me a new water tank very quickly, took out the old tank, had to secure safety straps into concrete wall, adjust the height of the tank stand, and all the to code add-ons expansion tank, water shut off value, better copper joint etc. He worked really long hours to get everything installed perfectly. Fernando even let me know he was hearing extra water flow that was usually, and he was correct. My main water line pipe had leaked in my front yard. Fantastic Service. I would highly recommend Perfect Plumbing and mechanical.

Fernando is very polite and professional. I called him in the morning and by that afternoon he replaced the water heater in the house for us. Fast service and an outstanding installation job. I would highly recommend Perfection Plumbing and Mechanical for any plumbing needs. Definitely passing out the cards he gave me to family and friends and passing by the word of mouth how good of work they do.

Fernando was very quick to respond, and communication was amazing. He ran into a lot of obstacles with us having an older home, which required the job to take longer than expected. He stayed extremely late to make sure it was completed and to ensure we had functioning showers for our family.
