David, The owner is very responsive and works without a lot of handholding. Once you have hired him, let him do his work, no follow ups were required. Because I was remote I was able to do it over the phone and he showed up and performed the work and invoiced me. I will use him for more projects going forward. This was a small gutter cleaning job.
