They demaged my gutter by letting a tree fall on it and i never heard from them again. I have been calling them and leaving messages and no one has contacted me

Perfection Pruning was absolutely wonderful. They came out and did an evaluation of our yard and discussed the work needing to be done and offered advice on questions we had regarding future tree removal. Their prices were very reasonable and the job they did trimming the trees was great. The yard was in perfect condition after they completed the job. We had some timing issues with getting the job done, but they communicated with us and kept us in the loop. They have made us clients for life.

Made plans to schedule work. If he couldn' make the appointment, he always called to reschedule the work. Called yesterday at 11:30 A.M. and advised he would arrive today (7/22/08) between 11:00 A.M. and 12:00 Noon to do the work. He showed up promptly at 10:30 A.M. with equipment and helpers. Work completed in expeditious fashion. Cleaned up area. Very happy with the job.

George was very professional in all of his converstaions with me. He contacted me immediately upon receiving my request and followed up as needed.Twice I had requested a written copy of the estimate before he performed the work however I never received it, that is my only criticism. I would absolutly use George again has he completed the job according to my (the customer's ) specifications and did not try to talk me into something I did not want to do (as did the others.)

George Kane is a total professional and so is his crew. Not only did he do an excellent job on a difficult tree but he and his crew were personable, polite and a class act. These are the trates that are hard to find in an industry filled with amateurs. I will recommend him to all my friends and family and will use him again in the future.
