Had an outstanding experience with Perfection Roofing & Siding. Russ, the owner, was excellent from our very first contact through to the final follow-up after the job was done. He’s a genuinely great guy — professional, kind, patient, and always took the time to answer my questions and show me the quality of his work, which gave me full confidence in choosing him. I also really appreciated that he was upfront and transparent — no sneaky charges, just honest service. Fabio, the on-site manager, was just as great — super helpful, friendly, and on top of everything throughout the project. The siding and paint work turned out beautifully, and my home looks fantastic now. Their customer service was top-notch, and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. I’ll definitely be using Perfection Roofing & Siding for any future siding or roofing needs.

Russ, the owner, and his team did a great job updating my 1950s house. They removed the old siding, made repairs, pressure washed areas as needed, installed new doors and window treatments and then put new beautiful fiber cement siding on my house. After that the painter, Caio, and his team did a fantastic job caulking gaps and then painting the entire siding and fascia. The crew cleaned up everything after it was all done. They can also but on new gutters if you it. I'm very happy with the whole team and their attention to details. The result is a great transformation of my home where I have lived for 40 years. Call this company if you want a fair price and professional results.

From start to finish, the company did an excellent job. They were always in reach, finished in a timely Mà ¤nner and cleaned up everything. I'm writing this review 5 years after the completion of the siding replacement and painting, and the Nichiha siding and paint are still in excellent condition! When they replaced the siding they also made sure that everything was structurally sound and free of any termite damage.They also took care of replacing the windows of the house, which still work well. Also, they shortened the chimney which the builder of the house had constructed double as long as it needed to be according to code. I noticed that I hadn't written a review after looking through my Emails to contact them, because a bird had hit one of the windows and cracked it ( ð  ¦ ð  ¢) I called them, and the owner picked right up and even remembered me right away by my thick teutonic accent ð   ð   . When the house needs a refresher I will use this company again, because the house really did look perfected for sale.

I just recently had new siding placed on my 1950s bungalow in downtown Buford. Russ and Perfection Siding did a fantastic job at making my home look beautiful. Both the siding crew and the painting crew were wonderful to work with and put up with my constant questioning. They had suggestions that I hadnâ t even considered that really improved the look of my home. Everyone who sees my home now is completely impressed with the complete change in the way it looks. Iâ m so happy with the job they did and with the price they charged. Quality work and quality products at a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone considering new siding.

Russ at perfection roofing and his crew did a fantastic job. We were given a timetable of three weeks from beginning to end and the entire job was done in less than 10 days. The crew did an amazing job of tearing the old siding off and putting on the new siding. Our whole house looks completely new! The crew was fighting the weather the whole time, but it did not slow them down at all. They were able to accommodate every request and handled any issues with grace and did not let anything get in their way. My wife and children are beyond thrilled at how nice our house looks and Iâ m excited to live in a house that I know is the nicest looking in our neighborhood! Our house is Tudor style and built in the 80's. We have lived in it for 6 years, started noticing lots of wood rot and decided it was time to get new siding. We received 5 different quotes ranging from major companies to local businesses and went with Perfection Roofing and Siding. Russ came out and was very professional and patient educating me on all the different areas that needed replaced. He personally took me to 2 different houses that they completed and I got to speak with a previous customer. So far the siding has been removed and replaced in just a few days by Fabio and his team. They worked efficiently and even helped move our window to the center of the gable with no issues. Our house is also on the edge of a ravine, and they didn't blink an eye! We are in the process of having the paint go on, and are so excited to see the final result, it already looks great and it's not even completed yet. Russ has been on site multiple days to make sure we are happy or have any questions. We chose Russ with Perfection Roofing and Siding due to his knowledge, loyal team, and competitive pricing. We have been very happy and encourage anyone else needing work done to call Russ. Supporting a local business while updating the exterior of our home is a win-win in our opinion!

I was extremely happy with the job that Perfection did on my house! The quote was much lower than any of the other companies I had come out. The quality was great and the work was done within a week of me getting approval from my HOA. The owner, Russ, was always a phone call away and was very helpful and involved throughout the whole process. His team leader Fabio was awesome throughout install. He was clearly very experienced and took pride in doing the best job possible. Cortes, the painter, was likewise excellent to work with and did a superb job. My house looks fantastic and everyone involved was dedicated and willing to work around my schedule. If you have Russ out, he'll take you around and show you other jobs he's worked on so you can see the quality for yourself. Honestly, the price was so low I kept expecting something to go wrong but start to finish everything was great and I cannot imagine that any of the big, over-priced companies would have done a better job!

We just had our siding replaced by Perfection Roofing and Siding. After having four different companies give us outrageous quotes Russ came to our rescue. We have remodeled our home inside and backyard last year allowing us to work with many contractors. Working with Russ has been by far the most transparent, smooth and pleasure of all. Russ has gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The guys he has doing the job are very experienced, they will make sure the job is done right as they are very detailed oriented. I can honestly not express enough how happy we are with our siding. Russ made our dreams come true!!!

Russel is very thorough, he s always quick to pick up the phone to answer any questions throughout the process. Our home looks gorgeous! Complete transformation. The crew was professional and courteous. Our siding looks amazing!

First and simply, everything went according to what Russel said from top to bottom. Not only was everything delivered on time but the job was actually completed way ahead of schedule with NO LOSS IN THE QUALITY of the WORK ! Russ came over inspected the work done himself and pointed out areas that looked `fine` to my eyes and said `unless its perfect` it is not good enough and had those items that he saw as being not perfect done again and fixed (which were minimal).... In short I have had the chance to work with other contractors and none of them are compariable to the work they have done., I dont know if anyone else had any experiences with Perfection roofing but MY experience was no less then Perfect. I would highly recommend him for his and his teams work. I had my siding done and the whole house painted etc. if you want to see what he did ASK Russ to show my house ! If Im home I will tell you what was done from top to bottom , how it was done and how clean it was done !

Great experience overall! Thank you, Russ and the whole crew for doing such exceptional work. We hated to have to replace all our old rotting GP siding but the end result makes us feel like we have a new house! Russ even showed us previous jobs so we knew what to expect. The price was very fair and well below other quotes, but they did not sacrifice quality. Very happy!

We met with 3 Siding contractors and decided to go with Perfection Roofing & Siding after checking out their work on other homes (nearby in Suwanee/ Lawrenceville and also in Decatur), and comparing the costs. The quality of the workmanship is fantastic - we feel like we have a brand new home (a brand new 30 year old home!). We were able to request touch ups (details that we noticed) and they were accommodating . Our home is now one that they show off to prospects. Happy to recommend this business!

I am a perfectionist and prefer to do everything myself because I can not stand when contractors do the bare minimum. I notice all of the little mistakes and they make me crazy. That is why I have done almost all of the repair work on my house myself. When my wife rightfully pointed out that siding and roofing 20+ feet off the ground were not worth the safety risk for me to tackle myself, we hired Perfection Roof & Siding. They went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy every step of the way. Making a perfectionist like myself happy is no small task. So, when I say the end result is as close to perfect as anyone could ever ask of any company, I mean it. Add that on top of their completely reasonable pricing and it is almost like having the work done by a close family member that owns a roofing and siding company. Seriously, Russ and his team are the best out there. And, Russ is always available to talk if you have any concerns. He even answered a call from me when we were out of the country! This is a company you can trust to do the job right. I'm leaving this review everywhere I can think of because I really believe in this company.

Russell showed me examples of previous jobs and had a very competitive estimate. It took a little time to start the job due to the rain in the area but the results are very good and the job was completed in a few days. No complaints, I'll definitely call him if I ever need siding installed.

Skeptical guy won over by the Perfection and professionalism of Perfection Roofing & Siding! My wife and I were looking to have the siding replaced because it was old Georgia-Pacific fiberboard siding that was falling apart. I was interested in fiber cement siding and decided to replace the siding with Nichiha verses Hardie board due to the value of the raw materials received relative to the price of Hardie board in addition to liking the more pronounced wood grain revealed in the final product after painting of the Nichiha material. Now I am not normally a guy who put too much credence into online posted reviews so I can tell you the fact that Iâ m writing this says a lot about Russ and his team. I was skeptical at first about Perfectionâ s plethora of stellar online reviews so I decided to contact the Nichiha company directly. I had gotten in touch with the companyâ s southern regional manager in charge of installing the entire South Region, I had asked him who he recommended for an installer that was local to my area. He gave me a list of a few names - and guess who was on top of the list â Russ from Perfection Roofing and Siding. I had even asked the manager directly at Nichiha why Russ was at the top of the list and he told me that Russ was a superb installer who is highly rated and is one of the top producers and installers for the south region. This information was enough for me to contact Russ to provide a quote for the job. When Russ came to provide the quote, I had expected to receive a boring binder filled with pictures about siding and all kinds of irrelevant information. But no - just like other reviewers have said, Russ asked me to come with him in his truck so he can show me other jobs in the area that he had performed complete siding replacement jobs on. Each house that he had worked on looked better than the next, the paint the seams on the siding all were Perfection but I still needed to be convinced even more. Russ told me no problem I can continue to do research if I had liked. in fact, we joked with each other and he told me to continue my research, go on my odyssey and that I would find out that he was the best in terms of value, quality, and most of all Perfection to details - He was right. In addition, I had ended up speaking to a number of prior customers and asking them in detail about the jobs that Russ had performed for them. As I continued to do my research, I could not find any anything to dissuade me from selecting Russ and his team to do the work on my house. I had written down different questions to ask Russ and whenever I called him, he always answered his phone and spent time with me to answer all of my questions. This alone I found amazing because many contractors are difficult to connect with on the phone and even more distant and hard to reach once the job is underway. When I was 100% certain that Russ and his team were the ones for me, I called him to let him know I was ready

Perfection Siding Roofing replaced my siding and painted it several years ago. People still ask me if I just had it done. Russ is true to his word and did everything he said he would for the price quoted. Russ is the first person Id call for any future work and highly recommend him.

Perfection roofing did a great job in replacing our rotten wood siding with cement siding. We started by receiving several quotes and my husband and I really appreciated the fact that Russ did not give us the standard 20 minute sales pitch and instead took us on a tour in our own community showing us the homes that he had done. They were neatly and professionally done so when we got pricing back and realized that his quote was one of the lower bids, our decision was made. Russ and Robbie were able to complete our home quickly and the craftsmanship was great. It completely transformed the look of our home. They also really cared about making us happy. We really recommend Perfection Roofing.

In Summer of 2018, when everyone else wanted to sell me a complete residing job, Russ & Co. at Perfection were able to replace the chimney siding (which was needed), replace one board on the front of the house that had been chewed by squirrels, and replace a rotted-out window sill. I saved thousands over what other companies were proposing. The job was done quickly, the cleanup was immaculate, and the work was spot on. Great experience.

Russ along with the crew lead by Fabio and Cesar did an absolutely beautiful job on my home. Our home had 40-year-old siding and every rotten piece was replaced with beautiful Nichiha siding. Every detail was overseen with perfection. The seams are seamless and the painting was beautiful. This was an enormous job that could only have been handled by a true professional. I have already recommended Russ to several folks and would not hesitate to hire them again when I need a new roof!

I am very happy with the new siding on my home that Perfection Roofing and Siding installed. The job was difficult, given that my home is 3 stories, almost 100 years old, and had water issues. However, they delivered. And, they did so on time and at a very reasonable price. Russ, the owner, is extremely dedicated to top notch customer service. He proactively communicates, returns phone calls quickly, and takes care of the inevitable issues that arise during a large job hassle-free. I had a minor issue pop up after the job was done. No problem. Russ was on it and came and took care of it for free. It's been a long time since I've worked with a company that was so vested in not only the final product but also making sure that I'm happy about the process along the way.

Beware of this company! I have been scammed by this company and the owner is a very loud bully who tries to intimidate when confronted with his incompetent work. In 2009 I contracted Perfection Roofing and Siding to replace the torch on the roof on my house. My roof is a low slope roof. At the time they were doing business in Victoria Canada. About 2 years later I began to observe water dripping down behind the facia board all around my house. When I went up on the roof to inspect, what I found shocked me! I immediately saw where they had tried to drill out the torch on membrane over the existing downspout outlets, they had missed either completely or partially in all the downspout locations. This resulted in very restricted water drainage and water ingress around the cutout area which had been left as it was a mess. I drilled out the torch on material properly so the water could flow off the roof properly, and patched the ripped/untreated edges around the mostly ripped up holes Perfection Roofing made in my roof. If I can, I will attach pictures to this review clearly showing what I found when I went up on my roof. Late in the project back in 2009, Perfection Roofing and Siding owner advised me his metal brake was unserviceable and would be unable to install new metal drip flashings around the perimeter of my roof. Because was included in the contract the contractor knocked 300 bucks off the agreed price and he tacked the old metal drip flashing in place, scratches, and dents and all. He understood I would replace them with new flashing at a later date. After finding the downspout holes partially ripped out in all the wrong places, we lifted off the old roof edge metal flashing and discovered that the felting had been cut short of the rail board. This explained the dripping water I had observed behind my facia boards and through my soffits post-Perfection Roofing's abortion of a roofing job. The installation is so bad that after 9 years the entire roof requires replacement. I possess a 20-year warranty written and signed in the business owners own hand. The warranty covers materials and labor. I have asked for a full refund and to date, February 18, 2019, he has only responded with misleading statements and bullying. He refuses to reimburse me for what I consider an intentional scam perpetrated on my roof.
